I wanted to do a pink look today with Swish, so I decided that Creme de Violet would make a fun color to add to the mix. Then, I decided I’d do a step by step for you, though I’ve never worn these colors together before. All products are MAC unless otherwise noted. In case you’re wondering, my nail polish is China Glaze’s Frostbite.

Shade Descriptions
Pale Out – a light pink with frost
Yogurt – soft pale pink
crème de violet – Vivid-pinkish-violet flecked with gold shimmer
Swish – soft bright pink with icy metallic shimmer
Little VI – a waifish little mid-tone violet plum
Opal – pink with opalescence
SinisterRouge – A deep but vivid garnet burgundy.

Step 1

Apply MAC Paint Pot in Bare Study all over eye area.

Step 2

Apply Yogurt all over eye area.

Step 3

Apply Pale Out to inner 1/4 of eyelid.

Step 4

Apply Swish to inner outer 3/4 of eyelid.

Step 5

Apply Creme de Violet in the outer vee and crease and outer edge of eyelid.

Step 6

Blend!

Step 7

Apply Pale Out right under eyebrow, and blend it in.

Step 8

Apply Black Out to upper and lower lash line.

Step 9

Apply GraphBlack to lower water line.

Step 10

Apply Black Mascara and your eyes are done!

Eyes:
Bare Study – all over eye area
Yogurt – all over eye area
Pale Out – inner 1/4 of eye
Swish – outer 3/4 of eye
Creme de Violet – outer vee and crease and outer edge of eye lid
Black Out – upper and lower lash line
Graph Black – lower water line

Aromaleigh Lux Illuminating Perle Powder – to highlight face

Lips:
Little VI, with Opal layered over it

I think I should have maybe foiled Creme de Violet to get it to pop, but I really like how this look turned out.
Sinisterrouge was the perfect blush, but I couldn’t find a good lip look and I tried several. I just settled on Little VI because it was the best of the ones I tried.
