I wanted to do a somewhat subtle red look on my eyes. Brocade and Tormet seemed the perfect choice. My lips are definitely not subtle today at all! I decided to do a tutorial with this look, even though I’ve never attempted it before, because I thought it might be fun. I hope you enjoy!

Brocade – An iridescent gold/red fine shimmer.
Torment – Deep, vivid burgundy with smoke undertones.
Fiona – The palest beige with a silvery highlight.
Lux – Lit from within…. a wash of pale light.
Corset – A clear brilliant reddish rouge.
Lollypop – A delightful cherry red.

Products I used

Step 1
Freshly moisturized, clean face. This is me without any makeup on, my head is tilted up so that you can see my eye area.

Step 2
Apply MAC Paint Pot in Bare Study all over eye area. I apply a thin layer with my finger.

Step 3
Apply Fiona all over eye area.

Step 4
Apply Brocade to eyelid.

Step 5
You can see here how I have Brocade applied all over my lids, and that Fiona is on the rest of my eye area.

Step 6
Apply Torment into the outer vee and crease.

Step 7
You can see here how I have Torment applied to both eyes.

Step 8
Use a blending brush to blend Torment.

Step 9
You can see that Torment is now blended.

Step 10
Use Black Cherry to line the outer upper lash line.

Step 11
Use Black Cherry to line the lower lash line.

Step 12
You can see how the eye looks with the Black Cherry Liner. I did it heavier on the upper outer lash area, and lightly on the lower lash area.

Step 13
Here are both eyes with liner.

Step 14
Apply Blackest Black Mascara.

Step 15
My eyes are all done! Now for the rest of my face.

Step 16
Apply 1YL Glissade foundation to face and neck.

Step 17
Apply Corset blush.

Step 18
Apply Lux Illuminating Powder in a C shape along the top of cheek bone, around the back of the cheek, and into the hollow of the cheek under the blush. I put pink dots so you can see where I make the C shape.

Step 19
Apply Clear Ultra Resolution Finishing Powder all over face and neck.

Step 20
Use Red lipliner to outline and fill in lips.

Step 21
Apply Lollypop lipcream.

Aromaleigh Brocade – on lid
Aromaleigh Torment – in outer vee and crease

Aromaleigh Clear Ultra Resolution Finishing powder – all over face and neck
