One of my closest friends here had a Fall dinner tonight, and so I wanted to look nice for it. Since purple is her favorite color, as well as one of mine, I paired up Sexy and Heavy Petting. I think this is a really nice and subtle look for me. Usually subtle looks bore me, but this one is anything but boring!

MAC Paint Pot in Bare Study – all over eye area

Heavy Petting – outer vee and crease, then wetlined on upper and lower lash line

MAC Lip Pencil in Currant – to line and fill in lips

Quartz – to highlight face (in C shape and across nose)
Aromaleigh Finishing Powder in Metamorphosis

 

I went with my Currant lipliner because it stays on my lips pretty well and doesn’t come off easily on teeth, even with a coat of clear gloss over it. I really like how my lips turned out, as I think they’re a great shade for fall.

I redid my nails, so my fingers and toes are China Glaze’s Cowgirl Up from the Rodeo Diva collection. I’ve been wearing either Cowgirl Up, Midnight Ride or Rodeo Fanatic for the past several weeks. I love these colors!

I wore Guess Gold perfume tonight.

You can’t see it in the picture, but I paired my pretty black top with a purple skirt and black heels. I think I looked very cute.
