I received my Bete Noire samples yesterday, so I got to play with them today. The camera really doesn’t capture them well at all, plus my camera sucks. You can’t see how gorgeous Colette is. I’m in love with these shades! While on camera Colette is barely noticeable in my pictures, in person it’s gorgeous without being overdone. These colors are all so outstanding. Kristen of Aromaleigh should definitely be proud of herself for this collection.
I ordered my samples from this selection based on the shade descriptions, as I have found those to be even truer to the color than the swatches and pictures. Once again, the descriptions were very true to color in my eyes. I really love the Bete Noire collection. It’s simply stunning.
Anyway, on to my FOTD with them!

This may be my favorite collection released by Aromaleigh, even over the Elemental Lustres and Gothic Lolitas. The complexity and depth of the colors in this collection truly cannot be captured on film, and I highly recommend to anyone who is thinking of trying this collection to go and try it immediately. I am in love with it!
