I’ve been trying to find better moisturizer for my skin for quite a while ago. I started using Garnier Nutritioniste skin renew anti-sun-damage daily moisturizer SPF 28, and liked it, so I looked at the ingredients and noticed Vitamin C was a biggie in it. I decide my skin must really like the vitamin C, so I decided to seek it out. While surfing for various products containing Vitamin C, and specifically wanting a night creme, I found the products at the Body Shop and decided to pick them up today. The Body Shop is having a skin care sale right now, Buy 2 Get 1 Free.

The information about the products listed below is all from the Body Shop website.

So I picked up:
1. Vitamin C Intensive Night Treatment
Antioxidant vitamin C brightens skin and works along with skin-softening vitamin E to protect skin from environmental aggressors.
The gel texture is easily absorbed by skin and provides a refreshing, tingling sensation.
Blackcurrant extract helps to revive the skin, brazil nut oil helps to moisturize and leave the skin softened, Vitamin C helps to fight free radical damage and brightens skin, and Vitamin E conditions, nourishes and protects the skin.
2. Vitamin C Re-Texturing Peel
Antioxidant vitamin C encourages production of collagen, improves elasticity, and protects against damaging environmental aggressors.
Fruit acids of papaya, apple and pumpkin enzymes combine to actively stimulate cell renewal and cleanse pores for a dewy glow.
This is meant to be used twice a week. Cleanse face, apply a thin layer to the face, leave on for 15 minutes (or until it dries), and then peel it off.
The Vitamin C helps to fight free radical damage and brightens skin, the Bergamot essential oil is known to help uplift the senses, witch hazel helps to refresh the skin and reduce puffiness, and glycerin is an effective moisturizer which helps improve softness and maximize hydration.
3. Vitamin E Moisture Serum
Vitamin E, wheat germ oil and rice bran oil help moisturize, nourish and condition skin, while protecting against premature aging and environmental aggressors.
Tara bush seed extract helps promote both immediate and long-term hydration.
Organic Community Trade honey moisturizes and conditions the skin.
4. Raspberry Shower Gel
Raspberry extract which helps to provide a natural fruity flavor.
Organic Honey which moisturizes and helps condition the skin.
Top notes: orange zest, raspberry
Middle notes: wild strawberry, pomegranate
Base Notes: crystallized ginger, vanilla bean
Anyway, I will definitely be reporting if Vitamin C continues to improve the condition of my skin. Not that my skin is bad to begin with, but I’d like to improve it, and definitely maintain it
Here’s what I plan to do with the products that I purchased.
Morning:
1. Cleanse my skin with Lush’s Angels on Bare Skin.
2. Apply The Body Shop’s Vitamin E Serum.
3. Right now I’m trying items from Garden of Wisdom to try to lighten the couple of dark spots that I have on my face from blemishes. I’m using the Lite n’ Bright, and then Scar Treatment.
4. Apply Garnier Nutritioniste Skin Renew SPF 28 Moisturizer.
5. Apply makeup as usual.
Evening:
1. Remove my makeup
2. Cleanse face
3. Apply The Body Shop’s Vitamin E Serum.
4. Apply the Garden of Wisdom’s Lite n’ Bright and Scar Treatment
5. Apply the Body Shop’s Vitamin C Intensive Night Treatment
Two to three times a week I use Blinc’s Re.Surface Stick.
Twice a week I’ll be using the Vitamin C Re-Texturizing Peel.

Hello Cotton
I use vitamin C on a regular basis, but not these.
I don’t worry whether I use it day or night, just when I feel like it.
