Meow Necromancer Step by Step Tutorial

I LOVE how my makeup turned out today! I did another step-by-step picture tutorial for you. People at work said they loved this dark yet light look. I think it’s due to Skeptic being used to lighten the inner lid and along lower lash line. This is a really fun look.

Step 1
Put on Too Faced Shadow Insurance.

Step 2

Put MAC Greasepaint stick in Black on the outer 1/4 of your lid, into the lower crease. Put MAC Greasepaint stick in V on the next 1/4 of your lid, into the lower crease. Put Nyx Jumbo Eye Pencil in Cottage Cheese on the inner 1/2 of your lid.

Step 3

Put Meow Skeptic on the inner 1/4 of your lid.

Step 4

Put Meow Necromancer on the outer 1/4 of your lid, slightly into the lower crease. I then take the brush that I used to apply Skeptic and blend Skeptic outward, onto Necromancer.

Step 5

Put Meow Tombstone into your crease. I used my ecoTools crease brush for this this step and it basically blends while it’s applying the color, blending upward.

Step 6

Put Meow Poltergeist on the browbone to highlight.

Step 7

Apply Gel Eyeliner in Black Out to Upper Lash line.

Step 8

Apply Meow Skeptic to lower lash line.

Step 9

Apply Urban Decay 24/7 liner in Zero on the outer 3/4 of the lower water line.

Step 10

Apply Urban Decay 24/7 liner in Yeyo to the inner 1/4 of the lower water line.

Step 11

Curl lashes with Ardell heated lash curler.

Step 12

Apply Aromaleigh Lash Primer.

Step 13

Apply Benefit BadGal Lash Mascara in Black.
