Aromaleigh Retro Hi-Fi Matte Collection Swatches & Video

The Retro Hi-Fi Matte collection is a fun new addition to Aromaleigh. I just received my sample set from Aromaleigh today! So of course, I had to swatch them all and make a video, too.

While these colors may not look bright in the bag, they’re definitely vibrant mattes, reminiscent of the Rocks line with some of the pretty shades, once you get them on the skin. I swatched all of these with Aromaleigh’s Light Primer.

Standout shades for me from this collection are:
Kookie, Smokin’, In the Mix, What’s Shakin? Got Dibs, Big Tickle, Daddy-O, In Orbit, Spaz, Cat’s Pajamas and Real Gone.

    Hi! Caitlin and I watched your video… she enjoyed Phaedra making an appearance as much as she liked all the colours! These new mattes look super bright… just right for me.     I cracked up around 2:07 because Phaedra just plunks down and then stays that way throughout the whole video. What a cutie.

    I ordered samples of some of these. Can't wait until they arrive! One of them was Real Gone, which looks just the way I expected/wanted it to look on your skin, but we'll see if it works as well on mine (I have yellow undertones). Thanks for swatching them all, anyway!

    I ordered some samples today too! I love playing with matte shadows.

    I really want to try kookie in clear polish to make nail polish for Birdie. I love Aromaleigh rocks! shadows for nail polish, just something about them really makes polish stay on far longer than normal, which is fabulous when the polish is on a dog!
