I wanted to wear Meow’s Skeptic today because it’s such a lovely color and I haven’t gotten to wear it very much. I haven’t used my Urban Decay Frigid, so I decided that I’d work that into the look, though I was sorely tempted to use Aromaleigh Phaedra.
Shade Descriptions:
Skeptic – bright periwinkle with copper and pink iridescent color changing fire
Frigid – deep purple with blue sheen
Hint – MAC Seedy Pearl clone, light pink/lavender shimmer

Urban Decay 24/7 liner in Zero – outer edge where lower lash line and lower water line meet

Amanda from Beauty Frugalista tipped me off to the Revlon 75% off sale at CVS, so I went and picked up 3 more of the Revlon Matte lipsticks.
So now I have all the Revlon Matte colors I want. I think I am only missing the Mauve and the Coco.

I hit up that 75% off sale like a woman possessed. I picked up all the Revlon Mattes, among (lots of) other things. I'm thinking I'll do a "drugstore product only" post one of these days. I grabbed the new Lash Stiletto Voluptuous mascara and it's pretty decent- not much volume (go figure) but for length it's quite nice.

The only reason I didn't pick up Mauve it Over and Cocoa Craving is because I don't think I'd ever wear them.
I'm still trying to find the PERFECT mascara. Really, the best one I've tried so far for me has been Benefit's BadGal Lash mascara, but I want to see if I can find anything that looks better, but I may not be able to.

Oh, god, Skeptic is lovely. I didn't think much of a lavender with a copper highlight from the description, but it's a gorgeous color on the lid.

I LOVE SKEPTIC! It's the only Meow color that really wows me. Looks gorgeous on you! I've decided to start wearing lipsticks, and I did get Pink About It today after seeing the lovely swatch on your blog. It looks really good on me, thank you for the swatches! I don't think I would have tried it otherwise. I hope you love the mascara, it's my favorite. It can get a little clumpy, but it makes lashes HUGE.

The entire Friday the 13th collection really wows me from Meow. All of the colors have that otherworldly glow to them. I'm so glad you love Skeptic. It might just be my favorite eye shadow color by Meow.

I did partake in the buy one get one free from Hi Fi and In bloom was one of the colors I ordered. No Revlon…I always buy the stuff and never use it even though it is reasonable.
