I did two very odd looks today, trying new things. The colors are nice, I just think that they probably didn’t match up well.

Shade Descriptions:
Paper Heart – metallic khaki green with tons of sparkle
Jean Queen – blue/red/purple shimmer
Cabana – MAC Paradisco clone, golden peach shimmer

This one I only did pictures of the eyes.

You can see the duochrome shimmer very strongly in Jean Queen. I also think that Cabana and Paper Heart are lovely, but perhaps not together.

Georgiana – muted mid-tone warm gold with the slightest grey undertone and a fine iridescent pink/red shimmer with brilliant red sparkles and burgundy shimmer throughout
Caitlin’s Purple Poof – a plush frosted warm purple, slightly heathered, with purplish-blue interference highlights, and bright sparkles of gold and green.
Brimstone – MAC Slate clone, smokey purple copper
Cabana – MAC Paradisco clone, golden peach shimmer
Hearthstone – smooth gunmetal with a fire like glow

The Natural lipliner looked much better than I thought it would on! I lined my liips and lightly filled them in, then used Nude Attitude.

I tried a different setting here and ended up looking sort of red.

I realized I don’t tend to look images where my right side is forward. No idea why. I prefer left side forward, and I rarely do straight on.

Now, I’m not sure how I feel about these colors on me. All of these colors seem so soft and muted. I guess I feel like there’s not enough contrast. But I like all of these colors individually.
