Ok, so I have a confession to make. You all know I love Too Faced Shadow Insurance. But I have another love, a new love, in Urban Decay’s Primer Potion in Eden.
Unlike the original UDPP, Eden does not crease on me. It’s got a creamy consistency. It works well as a concealer, too. I still HATE the bottle design with a passion, but I find myself reaching for this primer a lot these days.
I’m still working on a new big primer comparison, but I definitely feel this is a better primer than the original UDPP. It’s on par with TFSI for me.
So tell me, have you tried Eden? Do you want to?

Hello Cotton
I got a free sample. I liked the color better then Sin to be honest… But UDPP has never creased on me, and TFSI is a little watery to me. I am so glad you found something you love! I used original UDPP as a concealer when I was out of my MUFE primer.
Glad I am not alone on this!
I haven't tried Sin, but wow do I like Eden. TFSI hasn't been watery for me, but my TFSI Lockdown shadow was a bit watery. I had to sort of squeeze the tube to fix it. The original UDPP was sort of watery for me and creased on me. I like using Eden under my eyes. Just imagine me looking like a reverse panda before I put on my eye shadow
Good to know! UDPP creases on me, but creases less than most other primers I've tried. May have to try Eden if I can get a sample. I have a watery TFSI Lockdown, will try squeezing the tube! Do you use a brush or fingers to apply the Lockdown shadows?
I use my finger, though you can probably use a stiff brush for a more precise application.
Haven't tried it yet but I definitely want to….I've never even tried the UDPP in general. I used to use benefit FYEye and when it stopped working and started creasing I started using TFSI. Between that, Pixie Epoxy and my cream shadows I don't get any creasing. I'll be getting Eden sometime though….
I still havent tried any of the new udpp shades. I'd like to but I still really detest the packaging
I think I also talk myself out of it with thinking that I'm just gonna be packing another shade on top anyways lol
I only tried Eden because I was super curious. The texture of it works for me,just like TFSI does, too. I think it's nice. Cream shadows are great too, I agree!
Oh I agree, I HATE the packaging. HATE HATE HATE.
I just got my first tube/bottle/annoying package of UDPP last week, so I'm still kinda figuring out how to work w/it. I'd like to try Eden too at some point. Looking forward to your new primer comparison. Your last one was really helpful.
I really need to finish the next one, because I've got new primers to add to it!
That's so random that the original UDPP creased on you
maybe it was a dud? It's weird that UDPP would crease on you and not me, because I have the oiliest lids evar!
I love TFSI, but after a few days of using it I had eczema on my eyelids which went away as soon as I stopped using it – ARGH! So I think I'll be trying Eden next. And the packaging? Well in the '80s it would have been totally cool. This is NOT a good thing!
I'm honestly not sure. A lot of things crease on me, so I just chalk it up to my oily lids. TFSI does NOT crease on my oily lids, though. Neither does UDPP Eden
I HATE the packaging. Seriously. Ug that sucks about the eczema on the lids. My friend is allergic to TFSI, too. Her eyes swelled shut. Most other primers crease on her
