Goldilux is awesome, but sugarpill is kinda expensive for me. I know that they sell big jars, but even though Goldilux is gorgeus, it's not a shade that I would use that much… I wish they has samples, or at least smaller sizes.
Yeah, the prices are more comparable to MAC.

maybe you can go in on a jar and split it with someone- it really is an incredible shade, and ounce-vs-ounce, Sugarpill is one of the cheapest options out there.
The defunct Aromaleigh Adobe was a “wearable” gold, if you will. I have a pot of it. It's 100% mica from the old pure hues but pressed into base with a fluffy shadow brush it works fine on me. I had a good Ben Nye gold too but I can't wear their shadows any more because some ingredient or other in all of them makes my eyes freak out. booo.
I want another palette myself, but it's gotta wait, I can't spend that right now.

I am really wow'ed by all these beautiful golden shades. Please do an all golden shades eye look when you get the chance. I am sure that you'll come up with a really great combo with your creativity.
I love those golden shades! I have quite a few of them already but not Adobe which looks amazing in that pic. Luckily I've got a similar shade from Inglot. I've also noticed Goldilux isn't easily duped. Not long ago I did a comparison swatch with Goldilux and my other golds (from MAC, MUS and minerals) and couldn't find an exact dupe either. Like Silhouettex said: it's like pure gold in a jar.

These golds are all so pretty. As much as I love gold, I really don't use it enough!

I can try! I think I did one last year that turned out pretty molten. I did Gilded Wings with Cheetah and something else from Fyrinnae.
