I finally got to swatch my Morgana Minerals Get Medieval Collection this weekend. There are some REALLY lovely colors!
For every color, Aromaleigh light primer as base on left and Fyrinnae Pixie Epoxy on right.
Row 1: Joust – shining armor – fortress
Row 2: Mordred – Goblet – Beowulf
Row 3: chivalry – axe to grind – lady godiva
Row 4: lapis lazuli – winifred – alchemy
Row 5: lady of the lake – joan de arc – gauntlet
Row 6: byzantium – concubine – drafty castle
Row 7: chartreuse – stonekeep – drawbridge
Row 8: agincourt – guinevere
So far I’ve done the following looks:
Stonekeep, Lapis Lazuli & Beowulf
Shining Armor – Metallic silver made with cosmetic grade aluminum powder. A very brilliant silver. Fun to mix with other shades for a unique color. Not for lip use.
Joust – Bright lemon-gold with an intense gold sheen.
Goblet – Wine with shifting sparks of gold and silver.
Guinevere – A rich coral with a pink sheen. This color replaces the previous color Guinevere from last year.
Stonekeep – Metallic olive with a golden sheen. Sparks of gold and copper catch the light beautifully.
Agincourt – A luscious strawberry red with a pink sheen.
Chartreuse – Very vivid, semi-matte yellow with a hint of green.
Lapis Lazuli - Vivid, slightly metallic blue with flecks of gold.
Alchemy – Fuchsia with aqua sparkles.
Lady of the Lake – Vibrant teal with subtle shifts to blue and green. Topped with twinkles of turquoise.
Winifred – Lilac with a blue sheen & shifts of blue-green/violet.
Fortress – Russet-plum with a bright, silvery blue-green sheen.
Gauntlet - Plum with a blue sheen and sparkles of blue and brilliant silver.
Chivalry – Lavender with a vibrant green sheen. When you see this in person, the vibrance will wow you!
Lady Godiva – Plum on a charcoal background with violet-pink sheen & sparkle.
Axe to Grind – Grape w/ silvery twinkles.
Concubine – Maroon with flecks shifting gold, copper, and red.
Beowulf - Deep, sparkling navy shifting to a dark purple. Shifting sparkles of silver and gold add brilliance to this dark shade.
Joan de Arc – Slightly metallic, bright green with rainbow sparkle and subtle shifts of peach/rose.
Byzantium – Metallic cinnamon brown.
Drawbridge – brown
Drafty Castle – Metallic orange with a subtle pink sheen.
Mordrid – Deep, metallic bronze.

I placed my first Morgana Minerals order recently which included some of the medieval collection, can't wait to play with these babies. Too bad I live in the UK and shipping takes forever.
Stonekeep and Guinivere look very pretty.
Great swatches – Thanks!! I'm much more tempted to order from this Morgana e/s collection than any of her previous ones – all of the dark, rich colors are really calling my name…
My Morgana samples should be getting here any day now! Looking at your swatches does make me wish I'd just ordered the full sample set though. I guess will have to get the rest later!

I just placed a jumbo Morgana order
. I am worried about missing out on Mordrid. How unique is that color? How would you describe it? I already have aromaleigh's Virtue and Swoon. Is it different enough from those colors? How about Shining Armour? How different is it from Aromaleigh Fume? Thanks, my pocketbook thanks you!
I don't own Virtue or Swoon, so I'm really not sure. Shining Armor is different from Fume, because you can just use a tiny bit of Shining Armor and get a little sparkle or layer it over a color. Fume is more solid to me.

I finally got around to getting samples, I got Stonekeep, Alchemy, Chivalry, Mordred, Byzantium, Joust, Drawbridge, Lady Godiva, Guinevere, and Axe to Grind. Cant wait till they get here, I've been enjoying my other Morgana samples a lot.
If only it were a perfect world! Le sigh!

Glad I already ordered: Joust, Chartreuse, Lady of the Lake, Stonekeep That I didn't order: Chivalry (PREEETTY!), Goblet, Lady Godiva, Lapis Lazuli, Drawbridge, Byzantium (I might have ordered this one, but I can't remember!) Agincourt and Guinevere are the only two I think I will for sure pass on. Colors in that family tend to make me look like I have pink eye.
