Softsoap Sweet Honeysuckle & Orange Peel Body Wash – A Review

Photobucket

I saw this at the drugstore a while ago and had to try it. I used to love Honeysuckle from Bath & Body Works. This blows BBW out of the water for me! The scent is amazing and fresh. The lather is nice and moisturizing. It contains moisturizing beads and real orange peel extract. Orange peel is a natural cleanser and skin conditioner.

After the first time I used it, Dave & Ray commented on how much they liked the scent. Dave tried it and liked it so much that I went back to buy another bottle.

So yes, I have bought it a second time. I’ll likely buy it a third time. I really like it! Once again, I’m really impressed with a drugstore bodywash.

Have you tried Sweet Honeysuckle & Orange Peel? If so, what did you think of it?

Honeysuckle and citrus scents are my absolute faves, so I’d certainly LOVE trying out that body wash. Thanks for the review!

Wow how funny that you switched to a new domain the day that I started considering it! Lol maybe it’s a sign?? Can you tell me why that’s better than being on blogspot? Just curious :)

Anyways, I love SoftSoap body washes! This one looks like it smells amazing, I hope we get it out here soon.

I’d been thinking about it for weeks :) I definitely think you should do it! OF course, I’m nervous about the whole thing. It offers better TOS.

It’s definitely an amazing scent! The new softsoaps are great!

……what is TOS? Now I feel like a dunce lol.

Hoping this works this time! :)

I just wanted to thank you for reviewing this body wash. I reviewed it early last year when I first spotted it and I think it deserves SOOOO much more attention. It is *amazing* and I really believe that if you did a blindfold test, a lot of people would think (on fragrance alone) that this is a product by Fresh. It smells so high-end and totally not something you’d expect to see at the drugstore. Love love love it and I’m so glad you too do! :)

      Yay it worked!
      And Yay thank you!

I juuuuuust about bought this then thought about my bathroom closet and the crazyness inside. I had to put it down and walk quickly away :)

Aww, what all are you harboring currently?

A shit tonne of lush junk still lol. And avon stuff. I’m slowly going through it. I tossed a whole bunch, but kept the still pretty smelling stuff. I’m a sucker for anything that smells candy/cake like. Honey, cinnamon, sugar, total weakness.

SoftSoap body wash in general, just never impressed me. It doesn’t lather up very nice at all – I always had to mix it with baby wash (instead of water) to get a decent later.

Aww, that’s terrible! This one lathered up nicely for me.

I have been using this for about 2 months, ever since I saw it onsale. I love the scent! In terms of skin conditioning, nothing special. I don’t think it has really made it smoother or more moisturized. However, it’s affordable, smells great, doesn’t irritate my skin, and gets me clean. That’s really all I need :)
