So for whatever reason when I put this look together, the name that sprung to mind for it was a dark carnival. Though I’m thinking more of a carnival like Cirque du Freak than like Carnivàle.

Phaedra just looked too adorable to me this morning. She had been laying down, but then Dave went into the kitchen to get something and she popped up, all of her attention fixated on him.

Most of the colors I used were Glamour Doll Eyes colors. I really like MAC Copperplate in this look! I felt like black would be too harsh, but grey seemed perfect.

I also got some things in the mail today. The first was sent to me by a PR rep for review. It’s Nads body wax strips. While I don’t ever do my brows myself, I may give my underarms a try on my own, and likely my legs. Have you tried Nads? Have you tried waxing your own underarms or legs?

The second thing I got in the mail today was a small Sephora order I’d placed. I got my ‘Happy Birthday Beautiful’ package from them. My birthday isn’t until Friday, the 18th.
