While I am on a low-buy, I couldn’t resist picking up a few things from MAC’s Dare to Wear collection. It’s full of bright colors! I picked up two matte shades, Atlantic Blue and Zingy, and I picked up Gimme That! which is a fabulous fuchsia color lipglass. The eye shadow collection contains several more mattes: Aqua – a pale aqua, Free to Be – a bright coral, Lime – lime green, Louder, Please – a red fuchsia, Shock-a-holic – a deep purple, and Sassy Grass – grass green. It has a few frosts tossed in: Going Bananas – the famous yellow, Sky Blue – light blue. It has a veluxe pearl, which is my favorite MAC finish, Crazy Cool – a light lavender. And finally, it has Winkle – a satin periwinkle shade.
The lipglasses a very pretty, too. I picked up Gimme That!, since I’m addicted to all things fuchsia. There’s also Dare to Dare – a light blue pink, Wind Me Up – a dirty bronze, So Bad – a coral orange, Bold & Brash – bright red, and Ban This! – a plum purple.
It’s funny to me that I used to hate mattes, and now I seek them out to round out my makeup collection. I like mixing matte and shimmery textures together.

Pretty! I am so in lust with Gimme That! I thought there was nothing I really wanted in the collection until I saw this on someone. I think if I pick it up the excitement might last until Hot House LG comes back out with the Villains.
What is Hot House? And I’m interested in seeing swatches of the Villains.
Hot House is one of the lipglasses in the Villains collection that was originally released in the Strange Hybrid collection. I’ve only seen some online pics and it looks similar to Gimme That but I think it’s more purple and possibly more sheer too. I can’t wait to try it out and I think I may need to go visit Mac soon to see Gimme That up close as well, thanks to you!

I saw that gloss in a Vintage or Tacky video just yesterday and I love the look of it <3 i love the look of most of this collection actually (just not the fact that there's 5 blues)

I really do like Winkle. It is a very clear light blue. They call is cornflower blue…and yeah, they’re right. I’ve used it several times since purchase. I bought the blues because I love blue and I have brown eyes…I love all colors…
I love Going Bananas. It isn’t a bright, neon yellow but it isn’t a gold….When I got them, I did a look using Zingy and Going Bananas and a medium brown for contour…it mixes so well with other colors, so the crease was this awesome green. Several people asked what I was wearing and then, “Well, what it the green?” Blue and yellow mixed together.
