Glam Glitterboi

I sometimes hate with a passion that I cannot get the colors on my lid to translate onto the camera. It’s really not for my lack of effort! Today I used MUFE’s 21 in Turquoise as a base on my lid and crease. Then I applied Fyrinnae Glitterboi over the outer half of my lid and my crease. I applied Fyrinnae Futuristic Glamrock to the inner half of my lid. I used Mac Vellum very sparingly on the browbone and inner corner of the eye. Instantly I looked like I had a really cool, complex eye with just a bit of layering.

By the way, I was right in that TFSI’s packaging has changed.

O_o I prefer the old packing of Too Faced Shadow Ins !!

      • Phyrra

I agree, I like the older design better than the new one.

Very pretty, Phyrra! I like your hair in these pics too. :)

I just got my first TFSI! I’m excited to try it out. I love UDPP but am seriously sick of the packaging drama. ;)

      • Phyrra

Aww thanks! I hope you like TFSI. It’s my favorite all time primer.

Even if it didn’t translate like real like, you still look beautiful. And I want that blush. Never checked out Hard Candy before.

      • Phyrra

You should definitely check out the hard candy baked blushes. I have 3 of them: Honeymoon, Living Doll and Pin up. I think they’re fab. The only trick with them is that you need to use a small, dense blush brush, more like a kabuki brush, to get the color off. I think you’d look awesome in their blushes. This one is probably the frostiest and I have used it as a a highlighter, but I can also use it very sparingly, like today, for a more natural flush.

And thank you :) I just LOVED how the eye shadows looked in person because of how complex Glitterboi is, especially on top of the turquoise base.

Oh crap. I meant “real life.” Doh!

      • Phyrra

Lol! It’s ok, I read it as ‘real life’

It can be so hard to get a good eye shot – but I think these pics are really great, so it must’ve been totally amazing in person!

Still drooling over your haircut. It’s fantastic.

      • Phyrra

Thank you Cin! I probably should have tried some more natural light no flash shots, but I had to head to work.

I really love these colours on you!!
And yep taking pics can be a real pain…lol

      • Phyrra

Usually I can get some good pictures of colors with my macro setting but this was just impossible!

I love this! I always think you look fantastic in blues. I think I might have to dig out my Glitterboi today :)

      • Phyrra

Thank you! I really love blues! I can’t believe I didn’t wear them 2 years ago.

      Love this look Phyrra!!!

Add me to the list of preferring the old packaging too.

      • Phyrra

Thanks Thia :) I wonder why they changed it :(

Glitterboi is such an awesome color , so sad that it never looks so beautiful on pictures . I always try to capture the glitters , but that’s almost impossible !
      But it’s a very beautiful blue look ! :)

      • Phyrra

Yeah Glitterboi is just so amazing. I really love the Arcane Magic colors.

    • Nic

I love blues, this is so pretty! I think it complements your new hair shade very well :)

      • Phyrra

        Thank you Nic!

I share your pain :( though I think it’s gorgeous – especially the liner – even if we can’t see how awesome it really was :)

I think I prefer the old TFSI label, tbh.

      • Phyrra

At least you know it’s a pretty color :)
And yeah, I don’t know why they changed the packaging to a new, more bland design.
