Golden Copper

I wanted to try Half-Baked with Feline Familiars today and I’m happy with the results. I’m now convinced that both colors are amazing – on their own and together. I also used MUFE’s Aqua Cream in Golden Copper to pack an extra punch and I think the results turned out nice. I had to rush the pictures to get out the door on time, so they’re not perfect, but they’re not bad. I also got to try out the Bronze gel eyeliner pencil from Avon, which worked pretty well, as well as the Soft Black eyebrow pencil.

I think the brow pencil looks just a touch too warm, but not bad otherwise. Is it sad that I still prefer UD’s 24/7 Pencil in Zero for my eyebrows? I think I’ll be giving this Glimmersticks Soft Black eyebrow pencil a try for a while though.

Does any color look bad on you?!! I love all of the looks you do and this one is especcially pretty. Love the coppery/gold look and think it would be great for the holidays too :)

If I wear browns by themselves, or oranges, they get muddy and I look awful. Promise.

I like that gold. Gold can be hard to work with as it can look over done. But you played this beautifully.

Ooh, I really like that combination! I’m halfway there with the UD shadow, now all I need is the other one!

I still love your teal eyebrows the best. :D but those don’t look too shabby. ;) Nah, they look nice, doing eyebrows is such a pain but always so worth it (unless you get overzealous like me sometimes hheeelllooo frida!)

I keep forgetting to tell you, I like your new haircut! It’s so cute and edgey all at once.

    • Phyrra November 18, 2010 at 11:00 pm #

Thanks Sara! I do love doing the teal but I’ve been sticking with black lately, mostly since it’s fast and easy :)

    Very “Egyptian-y” <3

    • Phyrra November 23, 2010 at 8:04 pm #

Oooh, I should try it with a deep navy blue eyeliner for a more Egyptian feel. Glad you like it :)
