While I’ve always loved lip products, it took me a long time to embrace lipstick. I used to prefer glosses because no matter what I did with lipstick, I’d somehow end up with some on my teeth and feel foolish. Eventually I learned how to properly blot, so I started exploring lipsticks. Enter Morgana Cryptoria lipsticks, in all sorts of fabulous colors, and I was hooked.

Morgana’s lipsticks are now all vegan (before I believe that they were mostly vegan). The ingredients are great. The lipsticks are pigmented. The original formula has changed to be more moisturizing.

What makes them holy grail for me is their lasting power, pigment and texture.

I can put Azalea Blue on first thing in the morning and have it stick around on my lips all day and by 6pm it will still be around. It may be a tad bit worn down but if I just stick some lip balm on, it refreshes everything and still looks pretty good. I consider that to be pretty awesome.

Right now, the colors I’m lusting after are Otherworldly, Absinthe and Cotton Candy.

Here are the current full size lipstick colors that I have.

Ice Queen pictured above.

There are 39 colors and counting, as Morgana is always adding more. The lipsticks are $10 each.
