Recently Evil Shades released several new blush shades. Andrea was sweet and sent me samples of all the new blush shades.
I already have two blushes from the duochrome line, Ravishing & Gossamer. Both are gorgeous.
So I swatched the new blushes for you, in addition to the two that I have.
Gossamer – Soft baby pink with blue shift
Avens- Rose with violet shift
Backtalk- Hot bubblegum pink with an orange/tangerine shift
Skön- Berry/plum with strong pink shift
Love Bites- Soft pink coral with green shift
Day Dream- A pink toned coral with gold shift
Atomic- Hot orange cooled down with a blue shift
Ravishing – an orange toned coral with purple luminescence
Row 1 Gossamer – Avens – Backtalk – Skön
Row 2 Love Bites – Day Dream – Atomic – Ravishing
I already had Gossamer and Ravishing. I love them both.
I LOVE Backtalk because to me the orange shift looks more orange-golden.
I love Day Dream because it looks more golden with a bit of pink-peach, almost like an Orgasm blush.
Skön has a really cool bright pink shift and it’s really unusual.
Atomic is so hot, it’s awesome.

I really like the new blush offerings from Evil Shades. I love duotones. While they may not be something you’d want to wear every day, I think they’re great if you love iridescence.

I Like Gossamer, Daydream, Love Bites, and Avens. The others are pretty but too dark for me- I’m neon-white and I tend to be heavy-handed with all my makeup. So, hot pink blush? Yikes.
I applied them using a Q-tip. If you use a fiber optic blush you can get a more natural flush. I went heavier to try and get the duochrome to show up.
I can’t wait to rock Backtalk
Nice swatches! I’m so hesitant to buy anything from evil shades because i bought the Alice and wonderland collection, and they were unswatchable. I don’t know if I got a bad batch, but the colors were really bad. not blendable at all.

I’m thinking of making some of these my first blushes ever! Yes I admit I have NEVER used a blush in my life! I’m eyeing Backtalk and Daydream.

I caved and bought three of these. I blame you and Christina Aguilera. Gossamer looks a lot like the pink/blue duochrome shimmer she wore on her cheeks for “Burlesque” and I’m in the throes of a full on obsession with the make-up in that film.
I cannot wait for them to get here!
