I just received eye shadows from the newest collection from Glamour Doll Eyes (affiliate link) collection, Big City Colors. The colors sent to me were Chicago, Denver, New York and Las Vegas.

I was really excited by them, so I had to swatch them right away.

I love the jars that they’re in! They’re so cute with the silver lids!

Chicago is a gorgeous shade of blue with a slight purple undertone. It also has some gold and silver sparkles.

To me this looks like a pretty wintery blue with a slight purple duochrome.

New York is a metallic white, almost silver color with blue and silver reflects throughout.

This color is a bit of a chameleon! It looks silver, silvery blue, white, iridescent. I really think it’s lovely.

Denver is a pearly black with red, blue and purple sparkles throughout.

This is a pretty soft black with rainbow iridescence. It’s reminiscent of Fyrinnae’s Immortality.

Vegas is a darker green with purple, gold, turquoise and red sparkles.

This is a really nice darker green shade, and I really love the multi-colored sparkles in it. I want to try it with Pixie Epoxy as I think it will make a great holiday shade.

There are 4 other colors in the collection.

Miami is a gorgeous shade of yellow that also has red reflects in it.
Philadelphia is a gorgeous brick-ish type red with TONS of gold reflects.
Pittsburgh is a blackened gold. A very dark gold with black undertones.
Seattle is a light gray with an blue tint as well as purple, blue and green sparkles.

The other two colors I want to try the most are Pittsburgh (with my gold obsession lately I’m sure no one is surprised) and Seattle.

I think these are gorgeous, well made eye shadows. I’m constantly impressed with how Vee is always improving her eye shadow quality and the depth of the colors she now makes. She’s come so far from when I first tried her shadows!
