5 Things

1. Do you have any allergies?
I’m allergic to soy. I’m allergic to most dust, pollens and mold. I’ve got food intolerance issues with bell peppers. Oh, and I’m allergic to down (feathers).

2. What are some of your favorite things to eat?
I love peas, seitan, sushi, fried plaintains and cheese. I could eat peas with every meal, every day, and never be tired of them. With sushi, I tend to eat tuna, yellowtail, avocado and eel. I like seitan in chimichurri sauce with fried plaintains, but it’s also great in stir fry. I love just about every type of cheese except for feta.

3. Do you prefer to cook or bake?
I prefer to bake, less chance of me burning myself in the process!

4. What’s the most challenging color(s) for you to wear?
Orange, yellow and brown are the most challenging colors for me to wear.

5. What’s your favorite type of weather?
If I don’t have to be out in it, I love a good thunderstorm. I love watching the rain come down, hearing the thunder, and seeing the lightning.

Your turn :)

Allergic to soy? Wow, that’s gotta be worse than peanut allergies for how prevalent it is in almost every food ever! Are you violently allergic or a slower reaction so accidental exposure isn’t immediate death risk?

    • Phyrra January 25, 2011 at 11:21 am #

Since I no longer eat tofu, it’s only a mild annoyance. It’s a slower reaction.

Yeah, Ray has it worse. He’s allergic to cow milk, wheat (but not celiac), corn, peanut, soybean, pork, egg, white onion, white potato and watermelon.

Corn syrup, wheat and soy are in a LOT of things.

  5. January 25, 2011 at 11:10 am #

    3. Do you prefer to cook or bake?

Beige and very pale greens (my skin is a mix of those two colors) ;) .

  6. Parched January 25, 2011 at 11:34 am #

    1. I didn’t used to, but I think I’ve been developing them in adulthood. I’m sensitive to sugar. I have migraines that are often triggers by strong tastes/smells, and some foods…the seeds in rye bread, most artificial sweeteners.

    2. I love artichokes and mushrooms. My fiance cooks a lot, frequently vegan and vegetarian, and he makes everything from scratch. I eat a lot of homemade bread, some seitan as well. Tiramisu, Boston lettuce, cilantro on pizza.

    3. I prefer cooking. I’m not always the best at baking. I like to make things healthier, or include an unexpected ingredient…grapes in spaghetti sauce.

    4. I don’t wear yellow or orange clothes, or any reds that are on the warmer side, however, I do wear those colors frequently in eyeshadow.

    5. I also love thunderstorms. I like to go out in them too, if I’m home and don’t have to be anywhere. I was born during a thunderstorm.

      Ouch! That sugar sensitivity sucks.

Ray cooks, and I bake :) works well for me.

I’m allergic to spiders too….I worry that I’ll have to have surgery for a bite someday like you had. They take forever to heal.

Boys that cook are awesome! Mine does hilarious, yet useful how-to videos. I cook also, but I’m more likely to pick something faster, like fajitas, and he’s likely to ferment some sauerkraut, and sourdough starter to make Reubens.

Mine was only bad because my allergic reaction was so severe that the flesh went necrotic and had to be removed. Yuck. I hope you never go through that.

          I’m a fan of fajitas, they’re yummy ;)

          • Parched January 25, 2011 at 6:12 pm #

I would be so sad to have an intolerance for peppers. My fajitas are about 80% red peppers sauteed with lime juice (and some onion).

How many wigs do you have? (off-topic, I’m feeling chatty tonight)

Thankfully I don’t like the taste of bell peppers, so I don’t feel like I’m missing much. I’m ok with poblano peppers, and other pepper types.

Let’s see. I’ve got a black wig, a waist length light lavender wig, a red vampire wig, I might still have a lime green wig, I’ve got a black and red wig somewhere… probably 5.

              • Parched January 25, 2011 at 6:25 pm #

I didn’t like bell peppers up until about 4 years ago, now I love them. Something about the way the crunch when they are raw was really horrifying for me as a kid.

I wish I could have all the wigs. I only have a couple, and a few clip-ins. I do have lots of false eyelashes though. They are like wigs for your eyes. hah!

Fried plantains are the shizz. They’re practically a national dish back home (Nigeria).

    1. Do you have any allergies?

    Just hayfever.

    2. What are some of your favorite things to eat?

Those posh Guylian chocolates, pasta in all it’s incarnations, samosas, McDonalds but nothing involving fish because that’s gross.

    3. Do you prefer to cook or bake?

Erm…I like them equally. No. I prefer to cook, but by a little bit. Baking involves more washing up usually :P

    4. What’s the most challenging color(s) for you to wear?

I always think I look stupid in white, so rarely wear it. White and some shades of pink.

    5. What’s your favorite type of weather?

    3. Both. Trying new ingredients and recipes is one of my favourite pastimes.
    4. Despite being a warm type, yellow, beige and creamy tones. And I hate fuchsia/pink.

hay fever, dust mites, cats (and I love cats :’( and so on
    2. What are some of your favorite things to eat?

    4. What’s the most challenging color(s) for you to wear?
    white. I’m very messy…
    5. What’s your favorite type of weather?
All time favorite: Indian summer in North England: sunny, not too hot & nice and cool at night. Here in the Netherlands, pretty much any time you can actually see the sky instead of thick clouds is a bonus. (I exaggerate, but only slightly…)

    • Phyrra January 25, 2011 at 5:53 pm #

Aww, you can always get a hypoallergenic pet. Poodles are hypoallergenic. Birman cats have very little of the allergen that most people who are allergic to cats have.

What’s your favorite type of chocolate?

  11. Lillian January 25, 2011 at 1:35 pm #

    1. Do you have any allergies?
I’m allergic to pineapple, kiwi fruit and some sort of e number or flavour (don’t know what it is, but it’s in apple jolly ranchers and pear drops). Eating any of those things makes my breathing go really weird, I start choking and wheezing. I’m also allergic to ant bites, I swell up ridiculously. Oh and I’m intolerant to peppers too, it’s not terrible though and i don’t like them anyway :P
    2. What are some of your favorite things to eat?
Margerita pizza, tomato pasta, vegetarian spaghetti bolognes, my vegetarian lasagne, garlic bread, strawberries, nectarines, cherries, raspberries, pears, meringue and cream, profiteroles, ice cream, basically any candy or chocolate :P
    3. Do you prefer to cook or bake?
I probably like doing both equally but I’ll say baking because I cook every night and I get bored of it sometimes, I don’t bake very often so it seems a treat :)
    4. What’s the most challenging color(s) for you to wear?
Yellow looks awful on me. Other than that nothing looks really bad.
    5. What’s your favorite type of weather?
I like late summer evenings, where it’s lovely and warm, perhaps with a slight breeze, but there’s no sun.

OMG wow, lots of food allergies! With down, I have my throat start swelling shut and my breathing gets labored. It’s awful, and not good with my asthma. I hear you on the insect bites, too! I have that awful swelling reaction to anything biting me.

Oooh, I could totally see you wearing Sugarpill Buttercupcake with some thick black liner and fuchsia lips, but I know what you mean. I find yellows hard.

      • Lillian January 25, 2011 at 8:39 pm #

My food allergies aren’t so bad because what I’m allergic to isn’t in that much if you know what i mean :P It’s not like wheat or soy which is in everything. My sister’s allergic to down too, she gets the laboured breathing.
I like yellow makeup actually, I think it’s large expanses of yellow like clothes my skin is very pink and the yellow makes me look even pinker :P

    1) I’m lactose intolerant. Oh and the sticky stuff on bandaids freaks my skin out.
    2) uhm good in general? I love sushi. California rolls are my fav. I also love a good pot of homemade veggi soup.
    3) the boyfriend cooks. I bake. It works out :)
    4) since I’m so light, probably browns.
    5) 65 in temp with the sun out and a slight breeze. Almost never happens here in Kentucky!

    Happy Tuesday!

    1. Do you have any allergies?

Oh man….dust, pollen, feathers, most cats and some dogs but I love and kiss and cuddle them anyway! Slight allergy to bananas

    2. What are some of your favorite things to eat?

I go through phases, but right now it’s Chicken and Broccoli w/ brown rice. My absolute favorite food of all time are fancy italian cheese and smoked italian meats.

    3. Do you prefer to cook or bake?

Cooking for sure. I can’t stand measuring. I feel like it stifles my creativity! Plus I screw up almost everything I bake

    4. What’s the most challenging color(s) for you to wear?

Light purple/lavender. It makes me look dead, and totally washed me out.

    5. What’s your favorite type of weather?

Autumny crisp air that smells like fire. you know what I mean? Just warm enough to wear short sleeves during the day, cool enough for a light jacket at night.

    • Phyrra January 25, 2011 at 5:59 pm #

Oooh I do like the autumn nights you describe!

  14. Rosa January 25, 2011 at 2:01 pm #

    1. Not that I am aware of. Though I do occasionally break out in hives, but have no idea what it is.
    2. Cheese, chocolate, Quorn “fake” Chicken, mushrooms, onions and garlic. I put onion, garlic and red pepper flakes in just about everything.
    3. Both, but I tend to cook more than bake.
    4. Neutrals because I always feel washed out when i wear them and feel like I need color.
    5. I love it when it is overcast. I’m not much of a sun person. Rainy days are great for me.

    • Phyrra January 25, 2011 at 5:59 pm #

      Yay for rain :)

  15. sarah January 25, 2011 at 2:42 pm #

    1. I have tons of allergies. Mold, dust, pollen, too many food intolerances to list, and I’ve developed a lot of skin allergies over the last few years. I can’t do perms (not that I’d want to, they’re the worst!) because I’m allergic to something in it, same thing in Nair that I’m allergic to.

    2. Chocolate. And I love Italian food.

    3. I like both, but I bake more often because I find it easier.

    4. Brown. But I’m working my way out of that. And I tend not to wear a lot of twee pastels, either. I just don’t think I look right in them.

    5. I like when it’s overcast. I’m not into rain and the sun is my mortal enemy, so I really like the happy medium.

    • Phyrra January 25, 2011 at 6:00 pm #

I’m doing the same as you, working out with browns :) The sun is also my enemy, too bright for my sensitive eyes!

    1. Do you have any allergies?

Seasonal to things like ragweed, and I have no idea what else . . they get bad in spring and fall. I do have an intolerance to dairy . . which is my own fault for giving up milk and sticking to soy.

    2. What are some of your favorite things to eat?

Candy .. .chocolate. . sugar .. yum! Oh and chinese food!

    3. Do you prefer to cook or bake?

Cook, but baking is fun too!

    4. What’s the most challenging color(s) for you to wear?

    red, yellow, and orange

    5. What’s your favorite type of weather?

beautiful warm summer days with out the humidity, and the occasional summer storm (bit not a scary one!)

  17. RaeRae January 25, 2011 at 5:09 pm #

    1. Do you have any allergies?
    Only slight hayfever.

    2. What are some of your favorite things to eat?
Cheese. I could eat cheese exclusively for the rest of my days. Cheese on toast. All cheese except Brie. Rich tomato pasta sauce. Margherita pizza. Thai green curry. Dumplings. My favourite sweets are chocolate limes, I don’t know if you have those in America but they’re a lime flavoured boiled sweet with chocolate centre. Mostly I have a savoury tooth though and if I’m peckish will go for savoury over sweet.

    3. Do you prefer to cook or bake?
I like cooking for other people but don’t really enjoy putting the effort in for just myself. I love baking. I regularly make these awesome cheese muffins, that I will feast on for 2 days until I run out and then feel like a total glutton. I also like making unusual cupcake flavours for my friends… One friend is getting JD and coke cupcakes for her birthday this year and another is getting White Russian cocktail ones for his. I got an awesome baking book for Christmas called ‘Eat Me’, you should check it out if you can get it over there. It’s by Cookie Girl.

    4. What’s the most challenging color(s) for you to wear?
Certain purpley browns that look bruisey on me. There’s really not many colours that I won’t wear / find unflattering on myself.

    5. What’s your favorite type of weather?
I like summer nights when it’s cooler than the day and dark but you can still go swimming in your undies :P and thunderstorms are admittedly awesome. I want to learn to photograph lightning, but I understand it can take some skill.

I never realised how much I like food until I did this quiz… Maybe it’s cause I wrote it while I was hungry. Seriously, though, cheese.

    • Phyrra January 25, 2011 at 6:02 pm #

    1. Do you have any allergies?
Nope. But I do get a bit of that ‘seasonal allergy’ sneezy-ness in the Spring sometimes.
    2. What are some of your favorite things to eat?
I could eat Mexican food for every meal of every day and be a happy girl. And I too believe cheese makes everything better.
    3. Do you prefer to cook or bake?
Hmm… I really don’t do either. It’s tough when you live alone, you just end up with so much and you’ll never finish it. I think I’m a bit better baker, though I’m passable at both, even though I do neither, lol.
    4. What’s the most challenging color(s) for you to wear?
Even though I have cool undertones, I have a hard time with greys for some reason. Also yellows and really brassy bronzes are tough for me to pull off.
    5. What’s your favorite type of weather?
I’m with you on the thunderstorms. I spent a Summer in Chicago a few years back and would sit out on the deck and watch the lightning. My family and friends all think I’m nuts, but we just don’t get them very often here in S. Cal. Otherwise, I’d like it to be about 70 degrees with big puffy white clouds in the sky. Yep, that and thunderstorms would be perfect weather for me.

    • Phyrra January 25, 2011 at 6:02 pm #

I’m with you, I believe that cheese makes it better!

  19. Katrina January 25, 2011 at 7:01 pm #

Oh, how fun to know these things about everyone.

    1. Do you have any allergies?
Thankfully, not that I know of but I’m slightly lactose intolerant and too much sugar will give me a migraine.

    2. What are some of your favorite things to eat?
Sushi, pizza and fresh ground peanut butter

    3. Do you prefer to cook or bake?
I like both and have been on a journey towards being better at both, but I really hate doing anything that involves dough that needs to rise or be rolled, etc. No patience and I don’t have a gentle hand.

    4. What’s the most challenging color(s) for you to wear?
orange and yellow – add grey if we’re talking eyeshadow

    5. What’s your favorite type of weather?
late spring, early summer. Gimme some warm weather anyday! So over all this cold and snow. We’ve had snow on the ground for a month now. Yuck!

  20. Krista aka Rhinovirus January 25, 2011 at 7:28 pm #

    1. allergies-Dust, Erythromycin, Doxycycline. I avoid scented laundry detergents, something in the fragrance makes me break out and I am allergic to Dial soap also. I also avoid most harsh skin treatments ie. peels & acids because I don’t think my skin could handle them. I think I may have an intolerance to shellfish also. A few months ago I had a bad reaction to something and I think it was from cross contamination of shellfish (I don’t really know because I don’t eat it).

    2. Foods- Broccoli, red peppers, yogurt, granola, chocolate

    3. Bake or cook-I like both actually.

    4. Colors-anything too muddy or grayed down, I need colors with clear undertones (hope that makes sense). Oh & I don’t look good in white or fuchsia.

    5. Weather-Fall, I love the smell & the air. I don’t like it extremely hot or cold, somewhere in the middle.

    • Phyrra January 27, 2011 at 9:22 pm #

      Fall is always beautiful :)

  21. Cathryn January 25, 2011 at 8:38 pm #

    1. Do you have any allergies?
I do have seasonal allergies. I try to avoid using everyday body products (like soap) with strong fragrances, because it irritates my eczema. Luckily, I’m okay with perfumes! Sadly, I think I’ve grown mildly allergic to pet hair…I have 8 cats, which I dearly love, but I can’t hold or pet any of them for long without my eyes getting watery and itchy and having a sneezing fit!

    2. What are some of your favorite things to eat? Most Cuban food (I’m Cuban on my Mom’s side and pretty much grew up mostly with her side of the family). My fave Cuban dessert is Tocinillo del Cielo, and I haven’t eaten a proper one since moving to GA. My family’s good at flans and tres leche cake, though, and those are two close runner-ups. I also like a lot of Indian food (primarily northern).

    3. Do you prefer to cook or bake? Baking, for sure. I have standing over a stove top. I LOVE making old-fashioned pies, too.

    4. What’s the most challenging color(s) for you to wear? I’m very pale with olive + purple undertones(it has taken me soooo long to figure that out), and I have to be really careful with pastels, because they can pull out the wrong colours in my skin. I love purple, but some really dark plummy shades contrast too much with the olive.

    5. What’s your favorite type of weather? Fall weather, when I can start wearing long sleeves, but before it gets so cold my feet and hands hurt. I also love rainy weather too, but I used to enjoy it a lot more when I lived in Florida and didn’t have outdoor animals to tend to.

Do you like blue based purples then?

  22. Carla January 25, 2011 at 8:39 pm #

    1. Do you have any allergies?
    None that I’m aware of.

    2. What are some of your favorite things to eat?
Fish. All sorts of fish. So long as it isn’t poisonous, I want to try it. My favourites, though, are cod, lobster, salmon, shrimp, and trout. Sausage. Eggs. Pomegranates and almost any kind of orange/tangerine/whatever. And some good melty cheese. And almost any kind of cookie.

    3. Do you prefer to cook or bake?
I can do both, I’m just too lazy to care most of the time, ha.

    4. What’s the most challenging color(s) for you to wear?
Blues. I’m just not great at applying them in a way to make the colour look good, for some reason.

    5. What’s your favorite type of weather?
Cloudy. I’m not a fan of the sun or any precipitation, but a nice mild cloudy day is wonderful.

    1. Do you have any allergies?
I’m allergic to mold, cats, dogs and I have seasonal allergies.

    2. What are some of your favorite things to eat?
If I’m going out to eat…I would pick Mexican, seafood, or sushi. Cooking at home…I love to make homey type foods like chicken pot pie, shepherds pie, homemade soups and stews.

    3. Do you prefer to cook or bake?
I prefer to cook unless I’m making homemade bread which is the only thing I can bake. I am so not a baker!

    4. What’s the most challenging color(s) for you to wear?
I find pink and white to be especially challenging

    5. What’s your favorite type of weather?
    Rainy days especially thunderstorms

    1. No allergies that I know of, of which I am profoundly grateful!

    2. Pancit, menudo, nearly all pastas, mashed potatoes. I will cut you for a delicious cookie.

    3. Cook! I’m too impatient for baking, I love to taste the food as I go along. I do bake from time to time, but it always finds me staring morosely into the oven as the foodstuffs bake.

    4. Yellow! I love bright colors but I’ve never found a cheerful yellow that I’ve been comfortable in.

    5. Windy. I love windy days, watching the world kick up all around me and try to move me too.

    • Phyrra January 27, 2011 at 9:24 pm #

Aww, I would have recommended Aromaleigh’s Italian Ice, it’s a beautiful yellow with pink sparkles, and one of the few I feel comfortable wearing.

  25. Holly Jane January 25, 2011 at 11:54 pm #

    1. Do you have any allergies? Dust, Pollen, Pet hair and cut grass. Annoying because I have a fluffy cat but I love her so I take antihistamines.
I also found out I am intolerant to some potatoe preservative which means I can’t eat a lot of chips or hashbrowns :’(

    2. What are some of your favorite things to eat? Advocado, raw capsicum (is that what you call a bell pepper?) sushi (eel, salmon, fish eggs) MAYONNAISE YUM.
    3. Do you prefer to cook or bake? I suck at both but I do like making cupcakes

    4. What’s the most challenging color(s) for you to wear? probably grey blue smokey looks, they make me look punched in the eye a bit and I don’t do neutrals because they make me feel weird.

    5. What’s your favorite type of weather? COLD PLEASE!!! I love big storms especially watching them by the sea. It doesn’t snow here in Sydney which sucks. I hate the heat, it’s summer here atm, in fact today is Australia Day YAY it’s 33′c (91.4f)and I am inside with the air con on and all the blinds shut hahaha.

Bell peppers are different from poblano peppers, and red chili peppers. I can eat poblano peppers with no problem :)

    1. Do you have any allergies?

Apart from the standard, dust, dustmites and mould I am allergic to chlorine. When we figured that out and started filtering my drinking water my asthma became so much better!

    2. What are some of your favorite things to eat?

Changes all the time, but nothing beats a good steak and beer battered chips with a fresh garden salad. Also a fresh fruit salad with heaps of different fruits will always have me happy!

    3. Do you prefer to cook or bake?

Neither cause I have a sucky kitchen and get tired easily. But I suppose baking as I am doing it to last a few days vs doing it because I am hungry for dinner.

    4. What’s the most challenging color(s) for you to wear?

Pink! Sucks on me – makes me look sick. Second is orange.

    5. What’s your favorite type of weather?

The type we have today – bright screen with a couple of puffs of clouds. Light breeze and warm enough that you can walk around in a light dress and perfect to go to the markets and have lunch by the river/beach.

    • Phyrra January 27, 2011 at 9:27 pm #

      Mmm fruit!

  27. Tea January 26, 2011 at 3:22 am #

    1. Do you have any allergies?

Black cherries, ibuprofen, pollen, mold, dust, artificial scents, most perfumes. Recently, I discovered I was allergic to Cinnamon :( . Makes my tongue swell and go numb, the smell gives me migraines. No more chai lattés! Sad. Sometimes I forget and drink one anyway. Pay for it later.

    2. What are some of your favorite things to eat?

Fried tofu. I could eat that all day, even though I have a soy intolerance. Chocolate, peaches, mangoes, strawberries, snap peas, stuff that’s fried and covered with sauce, sushi, falafel.

    3. Do you prefer to cook or bake?

Cook. I <3 baking, but I'm impatient and want everything yesterday! I don't have the patience to bake something just for me. For others, yes.

    4. What’s the most challenging color(s) for you to wear?

Brown. Hate brown on me. I'm sure it looks fine, but I hate looking monochrome. I have brown eyes and very long brown hair already. However! Reading your (and Grey's and Ana's) blog gave me the courage to purchase a neutral eyeshadow palette last week, and wear brown eyeshadow. It actually looked okay :) . But just eyeshadow. Don't think I could handle wearing brown anything else. A close second would be orange. But I do own SP Flamepoint and an orange dress, so I guess I don't really hate orange; it's just not the first color I would select.

    5. What’s your favorite type of weather?

When the sun is shining and it's raining at the same time. 70ºF with a slight breeze and partly overcast :) . PS: Partly overcast is perfect outdoor portrait weather!

    • Phyrra January 27, 2011 at 9:28 pm #

It has taken me a long time to be able to wear brown without it looking muddy. So I hear you :)

  28. Soos January 26, 2011 at 4:22 am #

    1. I LOVE bell peppers of any color. They do make me burp, though. I’m allergic to dust, etc, & mildew. Supposedly, I’m allergic to carrots (had the testing) but I eat them anyway. I’m lactose intolerant – violently to milk. I can eat a moderate amount of other dairy. Poor Ray! Oh dear on the allergic rxn!
    2. Sushi is super, but I rarely eat it (the good stuff is too expensive) – I’ll eat anything but natto and fish liver. Hamachi (yellowtail) is my favorite; ahi is more common here in HI. I love pasta too much. I crave eggplant (crazy, I know!) I’m learning to love a variety of vegetables by cooking them with Indian spices. I have a killer curried ratatouille recipe if anyone is interested – I know, South Asian fusion!
    3. Baking is chemistry: precise measuring, timing. Cooking is more creative for me – I’ve been doing it so long I pretty much know what will work or substitute. Follow yin and yang, too – sweet/sour, hot/cold, crispy/soft, salty/bland, mild/spicy. I cook, the DH washes dishes – works for us!
    4. I look sick (BAD sick, not good!) in orange, yellow, green and pink. I’m very warm/tan/brown & love black, crimson and jewel colors, aqua/teal, too.
    5. I try to travel to places cooler than HI, as it’s always 70 to 85 degrees here. And 85 plus 85% humidity is not good. But I love snuggling up to the DH when it’s the rare 65 or chillier here.
This was fun, learning all this about everyone!

    1. Do you have any allergies?
Yes, I’m allergic to nickel and chloramphenicol (an antibiotic).
    2. What are some of your favorite things to eat?
    Thai, tacos, spaghetti, Swedish meatballs.
    3. Do you prefer to cook or bake?
I prefer watching someone else do it =) But if I have to choose it’s cooking, since I have to eat dinner from time to time.
    4. What’s the most challenging color(s) for you to wear?
That would probably be yellow, green yellow and dark blue.
    5. What’s your favorite type of weather?
Warm and sunny! But not too hot, around 24 C /75 F is good for me.

Oooh you can totally wear yellow, green-yellow and dark blue together.

What are your favorite colors to wear together?

First of all, I must say I looove your new header – the colours, the style, you and Phaedra… Love, I say XD !

    1. Do you have any allergies?
Nickel. I can’t wear bijoux. When I buy a new pair of jeans, I must go over the underside of the buttons with a nail-polish first.

    2. What are some of your favorite things to eat?
Dairy products! Fruit (Granny Smith apples, peaches and oranges are my favs)! Nuts and seeds!
I really like spinach :) , as far as ‘not that popular’ stuff is concerned. I think it must be the preparation.

    3. Do you prefer to cook or bake?
    Bake. Love it!
Although I have nothing against cooking.

    4. What’s the most challenging color(s) for you to wear?
I don’t know, I must experiment some more.
I think it might be more about the attitude and ‘working it’, but my experiments might prove me wrong.

    5. What’s your favorite type of weather?
A warmer, but not too warm spring.
A slight breeze, clear blue sky with a couple of clouds, the warmth of the sun’s rays…
    Ah, bliss!

    1. Do you have any allergies?
Nothing major, just seasonal ones in spring and autumn.

    2. What are some of your favorite things to eat?

Thai food(pad see ewe with chicken is my fave food ever), fettuccine alfredo, citrus fruits, dark chocolate

    3. Do you prefer to cook or bake?

I prefer neither lol. I LOVE eating but I hate to do stuff in the kitchen, mostly because I don’t want to have to clean it all up later!

    4. What’s the most challenging color(s) for you to wear?

It’s really hard for me to wear warm autumn colors like golden yellows and rusty browns. I also prefer not to wear pastels.

    5. What’s your favorite type of weather?

Sunny and 75-80degrees. I can’t wait for winter to be over and gone. Living in the pacific northwest, the weather is mostly dreary and depressing during the winter. It’s hard to take sometimes.

    • Phyrra January 27, 2011 at 9:36 pm #
