Reader Request – Peach Look

I received a request for a mostly Peach look, so this is what I came up with. I do wish I had Flirt’s Bronze mascara as I feel it would have added a nice touch with the bronze liner.

I really like the peach shadow, and I love the inclusion of red-coral on the outer lid. I felt like Rome worked nicely to define the crease though I should have diffused it a bit more and blended it out.

Shade Descriptions:
Peach – soft peach
Hot Stuff – vivid coral-red frost with violet sparks
Milky Way – neutral beige shimmer
Rome – burgundy-wine shade leaning blue

Eyes:
Too Faced Shadow Insurance
Vincent Longo Peach (from Chariot Wings trio – Sun Shade) – applied to inner 3/4 of lid and inner crease and outer upper crease
Aromaleigh Hot Stuff – outer lid
BftE Rome – outer lower crease, blended inward
Aromaleigh Milky Way – inner v and on browbone to highlight
Stila Bronze – to line upper and lower lash line
Avon Glimmersticks brow pencil in Soft Black
Flirt! It Curls Mascara in Bombshell Black

Cheeks:
Meow Blush in Heliconia
MAC Mineralise Skinfinish Natural in Medium Dark – to contour
Hard Candy Blush in Honeymoon – to highlight and a bit on top of Heliconia

Face:
L’Oreal Studio Secrets Perfecting Base Primer – only on the t-zone
Boots No. 7 Radiant Glow Concealer
Meow Purrfect Puss foundation in Inquisitive Siamese – just lightly applied with a fiber optic brush, mostly focused on t-zone
Hard Candy Moon Glow Luminizer – lightly dusted all over

Lips:
MAC Lip Pencil in Summerfruit
Avon 24K Lipstick in 24K Gold

AWESOME!!! *does happy dance and backflip* I am so happy you did this so quickly and I LOVE it! I never would’ve thought of pairing Hot Stuff with peach shades…great idea. The blush is pretty with your skin and this lip confirms I did the right thing getting that Avon lipstick because it’s beautiful. Again, thank you!!

Wow, on my new fancy monitor at home, the colors are so vibrant that the eyeshadow looked red. At work, I can see the peach and bronze. Lovely either way. Oranges are bad on me though.

Quick comments (I haven’t been around for a few days, so I’m catching up):

Amazing match, doing the bronze liner with the peach e/s. I’m adoring the bronze liner on you – it looks so good with your eye color (blue? green? gray?).

I’ve noticed you haven’t used lash primer in your recent looks, and I don’t know if there’s a connection, but your lashes look great! (Thought it may be just me, but someone else commented on it too!)

Loving the cheek contouring of late. Loving.
