I based my look today around a central color, Sushi Flower. I have no idea why I love this color so much, but I do. I do wish it had a bit of violet iridescence to it, but it’s a pretty pinky-coral shade. It looked awesome with Grey‘s Lucia and Cranberry Champagne. I like how Vapour worked with the shades, too.

MAC Lipliner in Summerfruit
Spell Cosmetics Gloss in Red-coral with violet iridescence
Shade Descriptions:
Vapour – peach pink with violet pearl
Sushi Flower – pinky-coral with pink shimmer
Lucia – a bright bold red with bright pink shimmer and subtle violet shift
Cranberry Champagne – a deep cranberry with red tones and golden shimmer
Full Fuchsia – a very bright iridescent fuchsia
Two to Tango – orange coral with red shimmer
Asphyxia – pinky iridescent purple
Rockstar – darkest eggplant
I need to find an indie equivalent of Sushi Flower with a bit of violet iridescence and better color payoff. I can be so hard to get Sushi Flower to show up! Pixie Epoxy came to the rescue today though

Thanks! The trick I’ve found is not having a pink at the inner corner. Pink at the inner corner makes me look ill.

Sushi Flower is one of the best names I’ve ever heard. And the color is so pretty, too!
I do like the name, and I like the color, but the color payoff is lacking without a lot of effort. Pixie Epoxy to the rescue!
You look FANTASTIC in those colours! You can wear pretty much any colour and look amazing, but I’m always jealous of your pink/red looks. I can only wear reds with oranges/yellows. It’s flame or nothing. ^_^

Hard to get Sushi Flower to show up you say? Well, that’s an understatement. I can’t stand most MAC eyeshadows, they are hard to apply and blend and don’t show up unless you put on tons of it. This look turned out great, it looks like that Pixie Epoxy really did the trick.

Love the contrast of the light inner corner color and the dark pink. And the purple on the lower lashline is a nice pop of color!

Orange and yellows are HARD.
Pixie Epoxy always saves my day, I don`t know what I would do without it! It not only makes my cheap eyeshadows actually show, but it also makes them stay perfect for hours. It`s the definition of holy grail for me.
