Recently I received my Meow PINK Inc blushes that I purchased. So of course, I had to swatch them for you!

I love the thought put into this blush collection. Meow has several blush collections and I tend to like their blushes. This new collection is no exception! I ordered one full size blush, sight unseen, because I have such faith in their beautiful blushes.
Shade Descriptions:
Lemonade – clear crisp lemon drenched pink
Elephant – like an orange dreamsicle dipped in cotton candy pink
Sunshine – sun drenched pink-peach
Dolphin – as rare and exquisite as the real thing
Flamingo – pink, bright, warm and sheer
Slip – bright warm coral pink with a slight refreshing twist of citrus peach
Cashmere – soft beigey, complex, naked pink
Me wearing Lemonade
I swatched all the colors on my bare hand without any primer, using a cotton swab. I think the colors will vary greatly depending upon your own cheek color. I have a slight pink overtone, so you can see how Lemonade differs from the swatch on my hand to on my cheeks. I can’t wait to wear the rest of the colors!

Slip is really pretty on!
They are much more sheer than I imagined them to be. On their website ‘slip’ looked really bright, but once worn it’s quite pretty. Hmmmm, I have ‘robot’ in my most recent order- yet to arrive. Now I’m excited to see it even more.
I’m curious about how Robot will look.
Oh, hells. I’ve been on a blush kick lately – my makeup interests go in phases, and I’m coming off a mad lippie streak and seem to be heading toward blush pretty consistently now – and these look awesome! I use NARS Orgasm, mostly because it’s supposedly “universally flattering”. And yeah, it works on me better than the dusty-rose MAC blush I was using for years before, but I want something that’s a little less bright. Orgasm goes on fairly bright to my eyes, even applied quite sparingly with a duofiber stippling brush. These look just about perfect! Thanks for the swatches – I think I’ll be getting samples of Slip, Sunshine, Elephant, Flamingo, Lemonade, and Dolphin to try. This’ll be my first try with Meow’s blushes, I’m looking forward to seeing how I like them!

Between the sheerness and the shimmeriness, some of these look like highlighters more than blushes! Elephant, Dolphin, and Cashmere in these swatches look comparable to some of the Crystalline Cat tinted highlighters… which are some of my favorite highlighters around, but… Pink INC looks a bit more shimmery than I was hoping for this time around! Phyrra, do you know if the Masterpiece collection blushes are more on the matte side?
I can’t remember if masterpiece is more matte or not. These are definitely on the sheer side so you can build up the color. I also did order some of the paler shades since I’m pretty pale.

How would you compare the shimmer-factor of this collection to other collections of Meow blushes? I have some of the Taboo, Firefly and Masterpiece blushes and consider them all to be high-shimmer though Firefly are the most shimmery of all, more “sparkly” actually…
