Some Lipstick Swatches

Recently I swatched 4 lipsticks for you. Morgana Cryptoria Shrieking Orange, Morgana Cryptoria Lush, MAC Girl About Town and MAC Shy Girl.

Morgana Cryptoria:
Shrieking Orange – bright orange
Lush – lavender with a red-violet tone, vanilla scent.

MAC lipsticks:
Girl About Town – fabulous fuchsia (amplified cream)
Shy Girl – creamy neutral coral beige (cremesheen)

Shrieking Orange was made with me in mind, I swear I love a bright orange with blue hair.

And I saved Lush for last. Try not to laugh too hard. Unblotted it does funny things with my complexion, but blotted it looks fantastic.

You can also tell that my lips were irritated from me swatching, wiping the color off, and then watching again.

Overall, I like all 4 colors, though I can only wear Lush if it’s blotted. It just doesn’t work with my coloring otherwise. I think the pigmentation and texture are great on these lipsticks. As I’m sure you know, Morgana’s lipsticks have holy grail status with me. I do think that the MAC lipsticks are nice, too. I really like Shy Girl for a flattering, neutral lip on me.

What do you think of the lipsticks? Do you like brights? Or prefer pastels?

I really love the colour of Lush biut worry that, like you, I wouldn’t be able to wear it. Shrieking Orange didn’t excite me because i have lots of orange lippies but it looks gorgeous on you!

Girl about Town looks so nice on you! I was under the impression that it was a much paler, almost nude pink but it’s much brighter on you. I’m not much darker than you so maybe I should give it a chance
MAC and Morgana’s lipstick formulas are my favorites. I’ve heard that Lipstick Queen is amazing and better than MAC, have you tried any of their lipsticks?

Ooh! Shy Girl looks lovely. I’m more of a tinted balm/gloss person, but this one looks nice. I lean towards neutral/ lighter lips. Girl About Town is nice too, but I’m not sure how it would behave with my complexion. (Although I did recently try SN Shrieking Violet, which worked quite nicely.)

Shrieking Orange & Girl About Town are beautiful! I have Carnation & Lush & I often tone them down by putting on lip balm (an Epically Epic balm) before applying the lipstick. It goes on sheerer yet still pigmented. If I wear Carnation straight from the tube, it gives me serious Ganguro lips.

They are really great colour , Love the swatches .
Believe me i saw many girls wear this orange shade and they looked scary or like zombie but its just look perfect on you dear
