Today’s look was done with a satiny coral lid shade from Sobe Botanicals. I then used Dirty Little Secret, a light silver grey with red reflecting shimmer and glitter widely in the crease. I used just a touch of Too Faced Sexpresso to deepen the crease. Dirty Little Secret is pretty awesome, and if you like greys at all, you should give it a try.
Eyes:
Too Faced Shadow Insurance
Sobe Botanicals Coral – lid
Sobe Botanicals Dirty Little Secret – crease and outer v
Too Faced Sexpresso – to deepen lower crease and outer v
Nyx Opal – inner corners of eye and on browbone to highlight
MAC Blacktrack – upper lash line
Urban Decay 24/7 pencil in Stray Dog – lower lash line
Urban Decay 24/7 pencil in Midnight Cowboy – lower water line
Avon Glimmersticks Brow Pencil in Soft Black
Nyx Grow Lash Mascara
Covergirl Lashblast Volume
Flirt! It Curls Mascara
Face:
Fyrinnae Velvet-Gel Silica Face Primer
Eve Pearl Concealer in Light Salmon – under eyes
Joppa Minerals Color Corrector in Mint Green – on cheeks
Joppa Minerals Soft Coverage Foundation in Lightest #1
Cheeks:
MAC Bite of an Apple – to contour a bit
Joppa Minerals Pink Lemonade – blush
Lips:
Nyx lipliner in Coral
MAC Lipstick in Toxic Tale
I used the green color correcting powder on my cheeks and I think it did really well to hide my red/pink overtone. I tried the Light Salmon concealer under my eyes and it worked ok, though I’m not sold on the texture. I felt like it settled into the fine lines under my eyes.

Hello Cotton
Hmm… I’m a bit more intrigued by that coral. So pretty!

Thanks Reggie! I like corals and oranges for spring
Me too! I need to bust out some corals, but it’s so cold in New England that it still feels like winter!
that coral is absolutely gorgeous
Thanks KT!
Love this color combo on you!
Thanks Cin!
Makes me think of Tigerlilys.

That is a really gorgeous look. I never would have put coral and silver together, but it looks amazing.

I liked how the silver looked like a dirty grey silver, and it REALLY worked well as a crease color on me. I bet it would work well as an all over shade, too.
I think I have a sample of the coral which I haven’t tried yet. Guess I need to!
I love how the eyeshadow & lipstick compliment each other – very pretty.
Thanks! I thought this would be a nice coral look
The color corrector looks like it did the trick.. does it last? Also you made me jealous over the toxic tale lipstick.. boo I really wish I had it.

It lasted all day with primer and the foundation. I’d never tried using color corrector before, and you can tell in some of my other photos that I get weirdly splotchy on my cheeks.
Toxic Tale was a very generous gift from a friend and I really adore it. I was sad when I couldn’t pick it up originally because it sold out.
This is a great look! I have not done coral with a gray, I may be trying that tomorrow.
I love my Salmon Concealer, and I found that if I apply it with a brush and then pat with my finger or blend with a damp makeup sponge, that it does not highlight my fine lines.

Maybe I applied it incorrectly then. I applied it the way i’ve been using other concealers:
1. primed the area with Fyrinnae Velvet-Gel Silica Face primer
2. using my ring finger to pat left and right in a half moon shape under the eye.
3. blended with a blending brush, very gently, in a half moon shape
4. applied ultra resolution finishing powder in peaches and cream with a blending brush, very gently
That sounds like it should work well. I did notice that I need to use less of the salmon concealer than I have of my other concealer. My old concealer for two years was Benefit Erase Paste. It is always interesting how one product works for someone but not for another.
I love Coral and Dirty Little Secret, they look so yummy! So do your lips, by the way
Pretty look, I love that coral eyeshadow!

I think this might be my favorite eye look of yours to date. It’s so subtle, yet so eye-catching and beautiful. I can’t believe I’ve never thought to pair peach/salmon with gray before on my eyes. You constantly inspire me, woman. xo
Awesome look! I also love the name Dirty Little Secret, it reminds me of Leather Strip.
