Recently I purchased Tokidoki’s Perfetto Liner in Sabochan from Sephora. I was curious to try it and see how well it worked.
The Website Claims:
Channel your inner artist with this quick-drying liner pen, available in eight bold shades. Use it to expertly line the eyes or to create a temporary tattoo on the skin. The precision chisel tip (inspired by graphic artist pens) can produce three eyeliner effects:
- Thin: use the point of the tip for a slender, exact line
- Medium: hold pen at a slight angle to create a bold, thicker line
- Heavy: hold the pen horizontally and color over the eyelid area for an eyeshadow like coverage

Does it live up to its claims?
Yes! I’ve found that this formula works really well on me! It doesn’t smudge at all on my upper lash line. It had very minimal smudging on my lower lash line, which tends to be very oily. I find the pen delivery method works really well for me, and I like how the tip just needs to be angled to do thick or thin lines. I can apply water directly to my hand where I’ve applied the liner, and then rub at it with my finger and it won’t budge. However, if I take a wash cloth to the liner, it will come off.
Would I purchase again?
Yes! I really love this liquid eyeliner. I find it very easy to use and I will definitely buy this again once I run out.
