I haven’t used Partylicious in a while, so that’s really what caused me to put this look together.
Of course I started with TFSI. Then I used Vellum from the eyebrows to the crease. I applied Partylicious from the lashline up past the crease onto the lower browbone. Since I have hooded eyes, I wanted color to be visible when my eyes were open. Then I blended the upper crease/lower browbone together. I next applied Stella to the lower crease and outer corner of the lid, and then blended inward. I applied a bit of Darling to the outer 3/4 of the lid to make the lid shade have more dimension. I added a bit more of Vellum under the eyebrows and inner corners of the eye. I lined the waterline with 0L pencil, and the upper and lower lash line with 4 Diamond Lagoon Green. I defined my brows with a black brow pencil and finished with Lash Blast Luxe Mascara.
This is the powder version of NARS Siberia, applied with the included sponge (I normally use a powder brush instead), on top of primer. Let me tell you, my foundation lasted ALL Day. My blush lasted ALL Day. It didn’t budge until I washed my face. So I’m guessing the combination of Smashbox primer + powder + blush is a good one on me. This picture was taken in direct sunlight, no color correction.
