Make Up For Ever Aqua Liners & Aqua Eyes Swatches

I wanted to swatch all of the Make Up For Ever Aqua Liners & Aqua Eyes that I have, as I absolutely love them.

Aqua Liner (Liquid Liners)
7 Diamond Black Purple – deep violet sheen
9 Iridescent Fuchsia – hot pink sheen
4 Diamond Lagoon Green – sparkling blue green
11 Diamond Burgundy – sparkling plum burgundy
13 Matte Black – matte black

Aqua Eyes (Pencil Liners)
Black 0L – matte black
Burgandy 18L – burgundy sheen

7 Diamond Black Purple is really fantastic as an alternative to black, as is 11 Diamond Burgundy. 13 is the perfect matte black shade. I like 4 Lagoon Green and 9 Iridescent Fuchsia for fun.

I really want the Diamond Black Purple one. I was going to head out to Sephora this weekend, but never made it out there – I sat down at my beading table and next thing I knew, the shops were closed.

  Diamond Black purple is probably my favorite because it’s so gorgeous. It works well as a dark eyeliner, but still has that hint of sparkle.

I really want some of those Aqua Liners (especially the pink one!). I have a few of MAC’s version and love them.

Damnit I love those liners. The only reason I haven’t purchased one yet is because I can’t settle on the first one. *ugh* And also whether or not I should purchase in-store or online. It’s so much easier online….but instant gratification…. :p Paying tax either way, so it’s not like that’s going to factor in to the decision.

I really need to stock up on liquid eyeliners- I like to simplify my makeup in the summer and this seems like a really good way to go. So thank you for the info on another line to look at!

I love the Diamond Black! Stila has a pretty one with glitter, too – but it’s more gray.
Do you have any MUFEAqua Creams? Just wondering how you thought they stacked up compared to other cream shadows/bases?

I swatched these on the back of my hand on Sephora today, and let me tell you, they do NOT budge! The gold shade is sooo luxurious, and #10 (the red one) is stunning. But unfortunately, a ton of them were out of stock =[

They look incredible. Yet I can’t help but think that I have plenty of eyeliner possibilities with my stash of loose eyeshadows and a foiling agent. It’s the thought that keeps me from picking up more 24/7 Ultraglide pencils. Although the finish would be markedly different.
