I thought I was going to do another Poison Plum look today, but instead I was drawn to a yellow-green and teal look. I think I was inspired by Ana.
I started out with Too Faced Shadow Insurance. Then I used a Medusa’s makeup fluff shadow brush to apply Sweet n’ Punchy to the lid and crease. With a Medusa’s Makeup smudge brush I applied MAC Atlantic Blue to the outer corner of the lid and the outer crease. I didn’t want a lot, but just an accent. With an ecotools highlighter brush I applied Vapour to the browbone. With an ecoTools smudge brush I applied Vapour to the inner corners of the eye. I applied a coat of Hard Candy’s 1000 Lashes Primer to the upper lashes, followed by a coat of Flipside Mascara. I used a bit of Smokin’ Pistol along the lower lash line. Then I defined my brows with Nyx’s black eyebrow pencil. I prefer black or purple brows with my blackened purple hair. I think Grey agrees with me that both shades are lovely.

Your skin is *flawless* !! Love the whole look.
Love how vibrant this look is! Beautiful colors!
I LOVE how you are defining you crease. It really works. Its amazing how subtle your eyes look when you have these dramatic eyes going on, until you see the lids themselves
Kudos for letting Ana be your inspiration. Hopefully things are gradually getting better for her and she will be able to update her website soon (sending lots of aroha Ana’s way).
Wow! That green is so bright it’s practically electric!
I just found my UD Big Fatty Mascaras stashed in a bag! (I may have ‘too much’ makeup, I can never remember what I have, but that doesn’t stop me from wanting more!) Now I can’t wait to start playing with them.
Girlie, I just don’t think there’s a color you can’t wear. You make everything look so pretty, like we can all wear acid green, no problem! I think (ok, I’m pretty darn sure) I have some similar eye shadows, I’m going to have to play around with them now.
I too am sending good vibes Ana’s way, sweet of you to use her for inspiration.
This eye look is gorgeous. That green almost looks like it’s letting off light! I love the green mascara also.
I hope Ana is doing well! It seems like a lot of us are thinking about her. Tell her we miss her, okay?
What a lovely and subtle combination of colours!
I love the blending on this look
I miss her. *sigh*
How nice is that eyeshadow!
Violetta is a fave of mine! It goes great with the yellow/green!
I’m in love with that Sweet n’ Punchy green, it looks gorgeous for summer. Paired with your lip colour it makes me think of watermelons haha.
I agree with Cin, your skin looks amazingly flawless. That estee foundation looks like a perfect match! I really liked the blonde on you, but love the dark hair even more. Gorgeous.
This is so cool! I love the green together with the lip color!
What a beautiful look! I hope Ana is doing ok.
I love how these shadows coordinate with Violetta. Have to pick that up someday!
Funny, I did a similar look today with fyrinnae dressed to kill and a dark green at the outer edges (also by fyrinnae but can’t remember which one)! I’m sure I’m the only nurse that people have seen at my office with such bright makeup
LOVE it with those lips, I was thinking of pairing green (albeit a different shade of green) with purple lips just yesterday.
Also, I wish I’d gotten Sweet & Punchy! *toddles off to Ebay*
Lovely! That chartreuse colour is just stunning and I love the purple lips with the lime, and the teal lashes are great
