You asked for it! I express swatched this the moment I had free time (and I’m still woefully behind on swatching, so many colors to swatch, so little time). This is Meow’s Summer Carnival Collection!

My Favorites of the collection:
Firework, Gypsy, Tattooed Lady, A La Ga Zam, Cirque Du Meow and Oddity

Firework has beautiful sparkles, like a fireworks display and it’s easily one of the prettiest pinks I’ve seen in a very long time.

Cirque du Meow is a gorgeous yellow-green with soft shimmer, reminiscent of Aromaleigh’s Estranged.

A La Ga Zam is a very pretty yellow chartreuse.

Oddity is a light aqua with green iridescence.

Tattooed Lady is an intense red-based purple with violet sparks.

Gypsy is a cornflower blue with violet and aqua sparks.

Tunnel of Love is a light blue with golden sheen.

Freak Show is a grass green with an aqua sheen.

Carny is a light spring green.

Side Show is a light purple, leaning lavender.

Midnight Madness is a deep navy blue with an aqua sheen.

Fire Eater is a deeper orange than Fortune Teller, and Fortune Teller seems to have a golden sheen.

    I have Tattooed Lady, Oddity, and Fortune Teller samples on the way. I was hoping for a bit more of the duochrome action but maybe it’s more visible in person? Fortune Teller looks much more orange than I would have thought though! Oddity and Tattooed Lady are pretty. I wish I’d ordered Firework now, that really is a nice pink! It’s funny, 5 out of 13 colours are definitely blue, but there’s only one pink and one purple!

    I love tattooed lady, it looks so rich and pigmented, purples are always a win. Al La Ga Zam is also really nice, but I’d have to think up a way to wear it without going overkill because it looks so good.

    I always love Meow so much, I’m starting to think I should not purchase samples but just get full sizes of the colors I want. Hmmm.

    I think I’ll be giving this one a pass. I have similar colors already from Black Rose Minerals and Linnaeus Cosmetics- only Gypsy looks like something I’d be interested in but unless I can order it during free shipping I’ll do without it. I loved their other collections, especially the Lost Rainforest colors, and had high hopes for this one. (I think I just have too much makeup.)

    Ooh, pretty. Firework, Fire Eater, and Fortune Teller are totally my sort of thing (though I suspect I may have Hi-Fi shades that are very similar). And A-La-Ga-Zam looks really nice. :D

    I don’t know why but none of these are really calling to me. They’re all pretty, but I think I have enough similar things that these just feel pretty meh to me. Admittedly, blue, purple, pink, and orange are all things that don’t usually work on me. (Give me neutrals!!!) I’ll probably end up picking up samples of the two greens, but other than that I can live without. First time I’ve said that about a Meow collection in a while!!
