I have to say I am in LOVE with Perpetual Purple and Bronzed Taupe cream shadows by L’Oreal. Perpetual Purple is a gorgeous purple and you can see the pretty red and blue sparkles in it. Bronzed Taupe is a good crease color, since it’s bronze and brown and has golden flecks (to me) and it really works well with the purple. I also used the Maybelline Bold Gold color in this look, too. All creams!

So I was trying to take pictures of my face without flash, but I haven’t figured out how to zoom out while it’s on my face and I’m holding the camera with one hand. Le sigh.

So I’m still learning my new camera. I haven’t had enough time to work out how to best do self-portraits and I’ve been having Ray take some of my face shots. when I try to do it myself, it never zooms out far enough :/ Still hopefully you can see how awesome the shadows look.

Hello Cotton
If you find that the camera doesn’t zoom out far enough, perhaps a wider lens might help. I love this look on you! I’ve been eyeing they L’Oreal Infallible eyeshadows as well, since I love the Armani counterpart.

I’m using the macro lens so that I can get a really good eye shot, but then I can zoom out for my face, I just can’t take it myself one handed
If Ray zooms out, he’s fine, but then he can’t tell if I like it or not.
The purple is to die for! *curses no-buy/project10pan*
I’m still trying to figure out my new camera too, mine’s only a point and shoot though so I can’t imagine how complicated (and heavy!) yours is!

I’ve got a book and I am slowly getting through it.
Your lashes look fantastic! I will pick up active of the UD Cannonball as soon as I need a replacement mascara
Thank you! It’s just about all I can wear when my allergies are bad
I think all these colors look really awesome. As for face shots, I honestly take 20-30 before I go back and find that I have one or two I am happy with. Either an angle is wrong, the lighting is bad, it’s blurry, it’s too bright, etc. It’s definitely a process.

With my old camera it was way easier to do that. With this one, I’m having Ray or Dave do my face shots. I just got a tripod though
Those were the first two shades I picked up. I had a 3.50 off 10 Ulta coupon, so I grabbed two more the other day. Don’t remember the exact names off hand, but the medium blue and the lighter neutral that looks a little like UD Sin. I’m a fan of these, not only because of the metallicness but also that their texture makes them neat to play with.
They are gorgeous! I agree with you, great textures.
I need that purple! What a gorgeous look. I can’t believe they’re all cream shadows!

Thanks Wendi!
So, how do you apply these: with a brush? With your finger? (I know, I’m FULL of questions today…)
Mostly fingers. I used a brush for my lower lash line.
Oh wow, Less Than Three is just fabulous on you!!!!! It’s almost as if they made it just for you.
