Holy wow, you’re not kidding about those being a great deal. I thought they were so much more expensive than that! You have a great set there, those colours are all so very *you*!

      Thanks Amber :)

I haven’t been to Inglot in forev! Maybe since 2010. Where did you pick these up? Don’t tell me there’s an Inglot in Central FL!!

I purchased them online. I’ve still never been to an Inglot store.

For the most part I do love my Inglot shadows, but it was a pain in the arse to order the 2 10-pans that I have now. I had to search swatches for hours and hours because the site pictures are terrible and when I found one I liked a swatch of I would look up more and find that it looked way different on every site I checked. Luckily, though, I only wound up with one that I thought was a total dud. I thought 56AMC was going to look like MAC’s Sumptuous Olive, but it really just looks like baby potty :(

Yeah, it can be hard. That’s why I do love to swatch what I have.

      • Cassy February 3, 2012 at 10:34 am #

I swatched all mine, too. The two entries I made still get a lot of reads, so I hope I’m helping someone out there!

338 is my favorite. It sucks these are hard to get from here!

    • Phyrra February 7, 2012 at 12:13 pm #

      Can you order them online?

  5. Emi. February 3, 2012 at 10:50 am #

Wow, I LOVE 420. Must buy.

I’m going to be in Las Vegas over the summer, and I’m definitely going to go to the Inglot store. It’s many months away and I’m already making a shopping list.

As always, thank you so much for the swatches. Especially with a brand like Inglot, these come in so handy. I still haven’t ordered anything from them, but they’re on my “to try” list. I can’t stand how the site has craptastic eyeshadow images AND no color descriptions! MAC is also bad with images (maybe even worse), but at least they have color descriptions.

From your swatches, I’m digging 420, 434, and 345. 345 is a colour I’ve been looking for in a while. I have Illamasqua’s cream pigment in “Bedaub”, which is close, but disappears from my eyelids way too quickly :/ Now I mostly use it as a colour-correcting concealer.

      You’re welcome Cathryn!

338 O_O. Lovely, lovely teal! It looks great on you. I hope that Inglot gets more boutiques around the US, I love the idea of browsing all of their shades and snapping them into a freedom system palette. It would be like the store where you can one big bag of all kinds of candies by the scoop…except not as bad for my health.

      Hehe! Yep!

Great color selection, that 375 says I should get it.

By the way, Google reader is being crazy and this entry shows all your images as stolen content from Phyrra.

i have been getting the same thing lately. i remember reading about a week ago that someone stole some of her content so she figured out a way to block them from doing that. unfortunately, i think its also blocking readers/subscribers from seeing her content at the same time.
phyrra, i love your blog but it’s extremely frustrating to read when all i can see is “i’m a content thief!!”
Even when i go directly on your website i’m still seeing the image. Is there anything we can do to get around it? i don’t want to “unsubscribe” but there must be a way to fix it.
thanks and have a great weekend! LB

Hi! There are a couple of things to try. What is the url you are using to view my blog in your reader? Are you inside or outside of the usa? If you are inside, try clearing your browser cache. If that doesn’t work, try another browser and go directly to the site. That is how we fixed it for one reader. Please let me know. I’ll be happy to help you troubleshoot.

Hi, if you’re outside of the usa, please let me know the exact url you’re using to read. If you’re inside the usa, try clearing your browser cache. If that doesn’t work, try another browser. Please let me know if this helps.

I seriously need to buy some Inglot. I just hate that you have to spend $100 to get free shipping on their site and I hate paying shipping costs!

Gosh, I own like 90 eye shadow colors by them, and I agree that it is hard to tell if you are going to like the color. You can be in the store and swatch away, but there is no way you can use 90 different colors in the store to even get a feel for what you think you might like on your eyes. I bought a lot of golds and neutrals for one palette, and I find some of them are too warm to really look great on me. Something that is neutral or leans cooler generally looks better on me. So, I find that I don’t even wear some of the colors and I have a few go to’s. However, I felt like I was in a frenzy when I bought the colors because there wasn’t a store close to me at the time. I have blushes as well, and some are just way too pigmented for me to apply nicely. I like the colors, but. Last May, I bought 80 eyeshadows, 4 blushes, a ton of lipsticks, lipglosses, a few eyeliners. Then, I went back in December and bought 2 lipsticks, 2 blushes, and 10 eyeliners as well as the breathable nailpolish. I just had my second pedicure with the breathable nailpolish yesterday. I must say that my toenails didn’t look as torn up as they normally do when the nailpolish was removed — you know, the yellowed flaking almost kind of look? I bought the base coat and top coat as well. The colors I chose are lovely, but it looked like the polish didn’t apply evenly as the gal was applying it. She looked like she had to kind of work with it to get a uniform coating on my toes. The end result looks nice, but I’m not sure I could make it look that good on my own. Anyway, if I had a good camera and could take good pictures in the light, I would swatch for you to post. I just can’t seem to get the hang of taking good pictures where you can actually see the details :( .

Aww, I’m glad you like them Tina. sometimes it can be hard to get good photos. Daylight can help a lot.

Those are some wonderful shades. I can’t wait till I have them in my collections. It should be a great deal. Can you tell me where can I get the best deal on these?

    Thanks for sharing.

I love all of these colours! I love Inglot, but their numbering system bugs me. I also find the sheer number of colours they offer a little intimidating sometimes.
