Make Up For Ever Rock For Ever Palette

During one of Sephora’s sales, I picked up the Make Up For Ever Rock For Ever Palette. I figured it would be a versatile palette for travel, plus the shadows were staple colors that I could use. I wasn’t disappointed in the slightest. I love the quality of the shadows.

Shade Descriptions:
07 – glowy white
306 – peachy tan with a gold sheen
82 – silver metallic sheen
307 – matte black with silver shimmer

Price:
$20 (is what I paid on sale) from Sephora.

307 Diamond Black is pretty awesome. It’s a matte black base with silver shimmer in it. It’s super pigmented, in the same family as Sugarpill Bulletproof. It’s better than my MAC Black Tied because the silver shimmer is quite apparently.

306 Diamond Beige is quite lovely. It’s like a peach shade with a golden overlay. It shows up more peach on the lids but you see the gold easily. I love this color. It’s not a pastel in the slightest.

82 Silver Iridescent is a nice bright metallic silver. It reminds me a bit of MAC Electra.

07 White Shimmer is a surprisingly nice white shimmer highlight. You can apply it sheerly or build it up for more coverage.

I think this palette was a steal at $20. I really like the shades and how they work together.

For the Look: TFSI, Silk Naturals Bareback – upper crease, 306 Beige Diamond – lid and crease and lower lash line, 307 Black Diamond – outer lid and outer crease, 82 Iridescent Silver – outer 1/2 of lid, lightly, 07 White Shimmer – browbone to highlight and inner corners of eye, Tarte Bronze gel eyeliner – upper lash line and outer lower lash line

I don’t have a ton of MUFE eye shadows, though I do have a lot of Aqua Liners, but I love the shades I do have and this palette is no exception.

What are your favorite MUFE eye shadows? Are there any shades that you feel I should check out?

Product purchased by me. All opinions are my own.

$20 is great for that palette. I like MUFE but I admit I haven’t bought anything from them in years.

I don’t have any MUFE eyeshadows yet… unless you count the Aqua Creams, which I love and a bunch of Aqua Eyes. Definitely on my list of products to try this year.
