Recently I was looking for a new healthy snack bar option and a friend mentioned the brand That’s It fruit bars. I looked them up on Amazon, and decided why not! I purchased a box of 12 Apple + Cherry bars for $20.99 ($1.75 a bar plus free shipping. I <3 my Amazon Prime).

I wanted a snack that was around 100 calories, tasty and healthy. I figured I always need more fruit and vegetables in my diet, so this would be a great way to incorporate more. I picked Apple + Cherry because I LOVE LOVE LOVE cherries and if I was only going to like one flavor, it would probably be this one.

Each bar is made up of one whole apple and 10 cherries with the skins left on for their nutritional value and the pits/seeds removed. There are no preservatives, no sugar added, no fat, nothing bad in them! Additionally, they’re gluten free and vegan.

I know it looks a little odd, but it is so tasty! To me, it’s like if you combined a Fruit Roll-up with the texture of raisins or dates. It’s sweet, but not cloying. It’s a little tart, too. It’s slightly sticky on the fingertips.

If you need to have convenient snack bars to keep in your purse or around the kitchen to prevent you from eating less healthy snacks, up your fruit intake, or want a vegan/gluten free snack, definitely check these out.

Would I purchase again?
Yes! I like the taste and texture. It’s nice for when I want a bar snack. I like keeping one in my purse. I will definitely purchase more, and I may even get adventurous and try the Apple + Pear.
