At the May Beauty Bloggers of Central Florida meetup, Maria was kind enough to provide us with her new Cult Nails Cult Fairy Tale Collection Polishes!
Left to Right: Happy Ending, Feelin’ Froggy, Princess, Charming, Evil Queen
For those of you who don’t know, Cult Nails is an indie nail polish company started by Maria. She works with a lab to create her gorgeous colors. She likes to create both cremes and layering polishes so that you can have infinite color combinations.
Happy Ending – multi-colored shredded glitter in a clear base.
Feelin’ Froggy – kelly green with metallic green shimmer.
Princess – soft dusty sky blue with copper shimmer.
Charming – sheer purple creme with purple metallic shimmer. This can be used to layer on top of other purples or blacks!
Evil Queen – bright red with slight pink undertones. This is a creme.
The Cult Nails Cult Fairy Tale Collection will be available for pre-sale on Saturday May 26, 2012 through Saturday June 2, 2012. The pre-sale is for the entire collection and will be offered at a reduced price of $40 for all 5 colors. You’re basically getting one polish free at that price! The collection will be for individual sale on June 15, 2012.
As usual, I love the purple. Charming is great. I find the copper is shy to draw out from Princess. Feelin’ Froggy is so cute! I don’t like Happy Ending on its own but I think I’ll like it layered on top of a polish. I love all the happy colors in the shreds. Evil Queen is my favorite, which is surprising because I was never really a fan of cremes until I realized that they are great for layering! But Evil Queen is so vibrant and fun! Maria was wearing it this Saturday and it looked beautiful on her.
I really love the Cult Fairy Tale collection concept and execution It’s beautiful.
Products sent for consideration. All opinions are my own.

Awesome, I was hoping to see swatches before the preorders
Yay glad to help Nat!
This post reminds me that I may not comment on this blog very often, but I sure end up buying a lot of things because of it. I have a whole mess of Cult Nails nail polish to prove it!
I know! I’ve got a lot of Cult Nails Colors!
The colours are pretty cool, but not worth the hassle. Whenever I read about Cult Nails, it comes along with ‘sold out’ and ‘hard to get’. Seriously, do they have to play hard to get as an indie brand?
Hi Anna, I’ve only had a couple of the Cult colors become sold out, and that’s because they stopped making the ingredient, so Cult could no longer formulate the product. That happened with Unicorn Puke / Clairvoyant and Toxic Seaweed.
I’m not sure of any other color that has been hard to get or sold out other than those two. I know Maria was very upset over that ingredient being gone, too.
What color were you trying to get that sold out?
wants that party flakie sooooo badddddd lol
