Mirabella Paint Palette and Radiant Blush Duo

Recently I had the opportunity to try out the Mirabella Paint Palette and the Radiant Blush Duo. The paint palette is made up of four baked mineral eyeshadows. The Radiant blush duo is made up of two lovely matte shades that coordinate.

Pink Pearl (Light Pink), Orange Tarte (Orange), Mauvelous (Mauve), Burnished (Brown)

They claim this is fuchsia and orange. I don’t see fuchsia. I see a rosey-mauvey shade and orange.

$30 for the blush duos
$35 for the eyeshadow paint palette

The eyeshadows were interesting. The four colors definitely coordinate together and they’re good for spring.  These were all swatched on bare skin.

Burnished and Mauvelous were the nicest of the bunch. Pink Pearl was very shimmery/frosty. Sadly, Orange Tarte had less than stellar color payoff. It was hard to get it to show up at all, which is disappointing as the hue is pretty. The orange blush is great, definitely works with the Pantone Tangerine color of the year shade. The ‘fuchsia’ blush that’s not a fuchsia shade really looks like a rosy brown to me.

I really really like the blushes, but I’m iffy on the eyeshadow palette. With the exception of the Orange Tarte shade, the colors had good payoff. The palette itself was well thought out and the colors coordinate nicely. I like how the blushes coordinate too.

I think if you’re a fan of these warm, earthy shades, you’ll  like the eyeshadow palette. I think if you’re a fan of bright blushes, you’ll like the  blush duo. Of course, I really like the other Mirabella eyeshadow singles, such as the colors from the Timeless Quad.

Would I purchase?
I would definitely purchase more of the blush duos. I might try another of the eyeshadow palettes but I wouldn’t purchase this exact one because I don’t typically go for these warm, earthy shades. I did take one star off of both due to the price.

I joined the other day and was hoping to get the free braclet you were offering for the newbies but, I was not sure f my email and comment were sent as I am totally new here, so I wanted to find out here and also ask for a free sample of the Mirabella Paint Pallette and Radiant Blush Duo, as my daughter has very sensitive skin and I was hoping that I could get one for her to try:)

        Hi Linda,

I have no idea what you’re talking about regarding a free bracelet. I don’t work for Mirabella. I was sent products to review.

That paint palette is really disappointing. I love rose shades, and that 2nd from the left ES looks terrific in the pan, but it’s not really pink on the skin. And it sounds like the other colors aren’t so great either.
I hate that when an ES looks so beautiful in the pan and then stinks when used.

The brown and the mauve/rose shades had good payoff but the pink was frosty and the orange was sheer. So yeah, it was disappointing. However, their other eye shadows, the singles, are REALLY good.
