Recently I had several people tell me I should check out Beautylush Co on Etsy. I’ve seen the company around several times, so I decided to purchase some shades to try out.
I purchased Peach Sorbet, Rose Gold, Summer Sky and Nova. I received samples of the rest of the colors. All colors swatched on Meow Light Primer.
Beautiful peach/ pink color with gold highlight
Peach with golden sheen. I love this sort of shade. This is a reasonably good dupe for Urban Decay Freelove, if you’re a fan of that shade like I am.
Warm rose/ gold colored eye shadow
Bronzed gold metallic shade with a hint of rose-gold. This is really pretty and would be awesome on the lid and crease for a multi-dimensional golden-bronze-metallic eye.
Mustard/ gold colored eye shadow
Mustard yellow gold metallic. Not my favorite sort of shade.
Deep rich brown with gold glimmers, really nice for a brown.
Soft light turquoise blue.
A bright magenta colored eye shadow with blue highlights
Midtone watermelon pink with slight pinkish-violet sheen. I don’t see blue highlights but from certain angles I do see pink-violet.
Shimmer, light pink, with lavender undertones
Soft lavender pink, ultra feminine.
A dark green eye shadow with gold highlights
Midtone green with slight gold shimmer.
Dark teal/ turquoise with gold undertones
Rich emerald green with blue undertones. I don’t see any gold or teal. Very disappointing to me, because I wanted this to be a dark blue teal. This color actually reminds me of Urban Decay Clinic.
A shimmer blue/ green eye shadow
Green with slight golden overtone and blue-green undertone. This is the closest to teal by my standards.
Blue/ purple colored eye shadow with blue highlights
My first one arrived broken and it matched the shadow description. The second one I received just looked like a navy blue eyeshadow. I was a little concerned about the consistency of shadows between batches because of the color discrepancy between the Nova shadows. However, my first Rose Gold also arrived broken, and both of the Rose Gold shades matched.
On that note, the customer service was exemplary. When I contacted the seller and let her know that 2 of my shades had broken, she immediately sent out replacements.
Satin/ golden bronze
It says it’s a highlighter but it reads as a bronzer on my skin. It’s a really pretty golden bronze.
Matte bright pink
Perfect matte fuchsia color. Utterly flattering and natural on me.
Matte watermelon pink blush
Very pretty warm bright watermelon pink blush.
Wearing Peach Sorbet on my lid, Rose Gold for the crease, Summer Sky for the lower lash line and outer crease, Firefly for the lower lid.

The eyeshadows wore for 8 hours on my TFSI with no creasing, looking as fresh as when I applied it. I think the eyeshadow formula itself is great.
The blushes were nice and I didn’t need much to give my cheeks a natural flush. They wore fairly well, though I think there was fading after about 6 hours.
The color description discrepancies with the teal Summer Sky was disappointing. The color variance between Nova was odd.
Overall, I’m happy with my shadows and I feel the color descriptions are mostly accurate. The formula is nice and long wearing.
Would I purchase from Beautylush co again?
Yes, as long as I could find skin swatches of the shade I wanted to purchase. The product formulas I tried are nice, the price is reasonable and the customer service is excellent.
Really lovely colors. I checked out their website and they have so many beautiful things. I am definitely trying some out (after I get paid). Which were your favorite colors?
Peach Sorbet and Saddle are standing out for me. Really pretty. Also nice that there is the option of a pressed version. I’ll have to check them out.
The colors are all so pretty and they’re not too pricey either.
Rose Gold and Summer Sky look awesome!
I need that mint lip gloss, how did I not see this before?. Sometimes I browse etsy looking for stuff and i always miss something it’s crazy
