Smoky Siesta Key

This look just happened because I wanted to wear Meow Siesta Key again. It turned out to be an awesome smoky copper look, perfect for Fall.

Strumpet is PERFECT for Fall!

How to Achieve the Look:

  1. Prep the eyes with Too Faced Shadow Insurance.
  2. With a fluffy brush apply Urban Decay Walk of Shame to the browbone and upper crease.
  3. With an elf C brush, apply Meow Siesta Key to the lid, lower lid, inner v, outer v and lower crease, blending up and out.
  4. With a fiber optic pointed crease brush, apply Urban Decay Gunmetal in little circles to the upper crease.
  5. With a black gel eyeliner, line the upper lash line, inner v and flick it out for a cat eye.
  6. Highlight the browbone and inner corner of the eye with BftE Ornamental.
  7. Line the lower waterline with Urban Decay 24/7 Midnight Cowboy liner and add some mascara. Done!

Love this look – totally perfect for fall. I can’t believe how shimmery Siesta Key stays with only primer and no sticky base!! I’m about to order more foundation from Meow… perhaps this colour should ‘fall’ into my basket.

Which fibre optic pointed crease brush are you using for Step 4? Thanks for another fabulous tutorial!

      • Phyrra

It’s a brush i purchased from Aromaleigh V1.0, not sure if 2.0 is selling it.

I really love this look on you, Phyrra. And I especially love your red hair—-it’s just so gorgeous with your lovely skin! Is it this color now, or the blue/purple? Actually, I think both are becoming. ;) ^^

      • Phyrra

The red hair is a wig :) Thank you! I’ve had my hair this shade of red before, but my hair isn’t this long.

The colors here do amazing things to your eyes! They just light up. I put two samples of Siesta Key into my Meow order after seeing this. I cant wait!

The red wig really does set off the lip color beautifully. But the whole look is great. This will be something I have to try for fall.
