While I think greens are gorgeous to wear year round, I think they’re especially Bewitching for Fall. So I’ve got Part 1 of Bewitching Fall Green Eyeshadows for you today. This group has hues from Prestige, Rain, Urban Decay, Geek Chic, Sugarpill (affiliate link) and Silk Naturals.
All of these shadows are swatched on bare skin.
Prestige Emerald (deep) – gorgeous, complex, deep and dark green emerald sparkle on a deep olive green base
Prestige Emerald (silvery sage) – slightly patchy, sage green with silvery sparkles
Prestige Emerald (golden green) – light green with golden iridescence
The deep green color is complex and gorgeous and would be perfect to mix with a matte black or deep dark brown for a smoky look. I was very impressed by how pigmented the Prestige shades were, as it was the first time that I’d tried their loose shadows.
Urban Decay Mildew – mossy green shimmer with gold shift
Geek Chic Cosmetics Eldritch – a deep olive green on a charcoal base with golden iridescence and multi-colored sparkle.
Sugarpill Midori – vibrant green with a slightly pearl sheen.
I definitely think that Eldritch is the most complex of all the shades. I love the gold shift in Mildew. I adore the vivid grass green of Midori.
Rain Buddha – silky smooth matte olive green
Silk Naturals Detox – golden green suede with gold glimmers.
Buddha is a silky smooth matte. Detox has gold glimmers that lend it elegance.
All of these shades can be paired up with golds or browns, mattes or shimmers for lovely Fall looks.
I’ll be doing a Part 2 soon with more greens, and you’ll see some green looks from me.
What’s your favorite green eyeshadow from this set? Which would you wear?
