I recently picked up butter LONDON Swinger nail polish during their 30% off Friends & Family sale. It’s described as a vibrant, grass green glitter nail lacquer.

About butter LONDON:
Butter LONDON is a new-era design house, creating extraordinary moments in color by living on the inside edge of fashion. It is a “three-free” company, meaning products are free of formaldehyde, toluene, and DBP. It is also cruelty-free.

To me, Swinger is a gorgeous grass green glitter with shimmer and varying size glitter.

Butter LONDON nail polish names are always slang of some sort. Swinger means a person who is intimate with two or more people simultaneously, hence the term “the swinging 60’s”.

$14 for .4 oz though as I mentioned above, I purchased during a sale. You can often find butter LONDON at Ulta for Buy 1 get 1 half off, too.

Butter LONDON polishes have a long wearing formula on me. They perform well and look beautiful. After loving Fairy Cake so much, I decided that I should try more glitters from BL.

Here is Swinger, in all its glory, outside in direct sunlight. No top coat was applied.

I also tried 2 coats of Dosh,  1 coat of Swinger on top. I like this effect.

Would I purchase again?
Absolutely! I really love Swinger on its own and I think it’s great layered, too. What do you think of Swinger? Would you wear it?
