butter LONDON Two Fingered Salute Review

Recently I picked up butter LONDON Two Fingered Salute from their Friends & Family Sale. I had never seen a nail polish color exactly like it before. It’s a color that that reminds me a bit of the Statue of Liberty. It’s described as a muted, patinaed green crème with copper microglitter.

What it is formulated WITHOUT:
- Parabens
- Sulfates
- Synthetic Fragrances
- Petrochemicals
- Phthalates
- GMOs
- Triclosan

About butter LONDON:
Butter LONDON is a new-era design house, creating extraordinary moments in color by living on the inside edge of fashion. It is a “three-free” company, meaning products are free of formaldehyde, toluene, and DBP. It is also cruelty-free.

To me, Two Fingered Salute is a minty-sage green creme with copper flakes.

Price:
$14 for .4 oz though as I mentioned above, I purchased during a sale. You can often find butter LONDON at Ulta for Buy 1 get 1 half off, too. You can only purchase this shade from Nordstroms or Butter London’s website, as far as I’m aware.

Butter LONDON polishes have a long wearing formula on me. They perform well and look beautiful.

This is a shot of Two Fingered Salute in the sun. The copper flakes look almost grey. But there’s also hidden pink sparkles.

Two Fingered Salute is basically slang for up yours, and it looks visually similar to a peace sign.

I actually really like this. And you're totally right-on with your Statue of Liberty reference, the color is very reminiscent of her (or at least the pictures I've seen, I've never been)

I don't particularly care for that one (although I'm loving Butter LONDON polishes!) It reminds me of some of the older Formicas, like you'd find in a 1950s kitchen on the counter.
