Quite a while back I was sent the NARS Velvet Lip Gloss Pencil in Buenos Aires to review. It’s a moisturizing lip pencil that’s described as a nude beige pink.

Buenos Aires is a conveniently designed jumbo glossy lip pencil. It’s very moisturizing. It’s not long wearing and lasts no more than a couple of hours on me. I like the color,though sometimes I feeel it’s a touch too pale on me and other times I feel like it looks great. I think it’s definitely best to wear it when you’ve got bold eyes.
