i've tried these and they didn't work well on my dark hair. i tried every color: pink, bright orange and purple. the color doesn't show up and the product rubbed off/out very easily. i'd recommend this for very light to blonde hair. the neons are new and i'm wondering if they'll be better.
have you tried this product before?
@BettyGirlMakeup I haven't tried it on myself. My friends have tried it on their children. One of them had the pink color in her hair for 3 days! It wouldn't wash out. Since I dye my hair, I typically don't use stuff like this, though once I saw NEON, I definitely want to try it! I can see myself with a Neon streak.
