Happy Monday! Today I’ve got some new polishes to show you. They’re from the indie company, Girly Bits. I’ve admired Girly Bits from afar for quite a while and I’m happy to be able to share Jelly Shoes, Sailor’s Delight and Razzle Dazzle with you today. I’ve got two other Girly Bits shades to share another day.
Girly Bits is a nail polish company located in Canada. In addition to their own site, they’re available at Llarowe, Harlow & Co, Mei Mei’s Signatures, Overall Beauty and Femme Fatale.
Starting at $10
bright hot pink with pink-purple shifting shimmer
With 2 coats I could still see a bit of visible nail line. To my eyes it’s a hot neon pink with strong pink and blue-violet shimmer. I need to try it over a white polish. I also think it would look great with black nail stamping.
deep red-orange jelly with incredible gold micro-glitter
I love this! From certain angles it’s a rich red orange, but it varies to fruity orange. The gold micro-glitter is so pretty. I like this sort of jelly.
raspberry multi-colored scattered holo in a sheer fuchsia jelly base. Lots of fuchsia, deep pink, blue and copper going on. Very densely packed with glitter and can be built up to opaque coverage in three coats.
Raspberry fuchsia jelly with very fine, tiny glitter in hues of red, pink, blue and fuchsia with holographic goodness. I love a glitter like this. I think this is another one that would look fantastic with nail art, perhaps against black.
Razzle Dazzle is nothing less than stunning. I just love it. I want to put it on everything.
I used Razzle Dazzle dabbed on top of Orly Purple Crush with Orly Glowstick as the base color.
I did a tape mani in a sort of starburst pattern on the tips of my nails. I used 2 coats of Sailor’s Delight for my index and ring. I used 2 coats of Jelly Shoes for my middle and pinky. I then applied Razzle Dazzle when I had the tape down to mask off the shape.
I found these polishes pretty and easy to work with. The pictures don’t do them justice.
Have you tried Girly Bits? What are your favorites?
Products sent for consideration. All opinions are my own. To the best of my knowledge, Girly Bits is cruelty-free.
