Blueberry Smoothie with youthH2O

Today I made my very first smoothie with youthH2O. While I drank it ‘straight up’ last night, I decided to put it into a smoothie after my walk today. I walked 3.6 miles with Phaedra and my friend Trish.

youthH2O Smoothie Recipe

This is a very simple smoothie recipe:
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 fresh banana
2 tbsp almond butter
1 youthH2O drink (2 oz)

If I wanted to get fancy with it, I would add some chia seeds. It’s about 374 calories. Super tasty, too! To me, the youthH2O smells and tastes like candy bubblegum. And there’s no caffeine in it!

This is Day 2 of taking youthH2O. I’m excited to see how I feel by the end of 2 weeks.

Product sent for consideration. All opinions are my own.

I love smoothies. Haven't tried Youth H2O, but it looks like it's full of really vital nutrients!
