It’s Teal Thursday! Today’s Teal Thursday features piCture pOlish Ocean and butter LONDON Marbs. I love to pair teals with golds. If I’d had more time, I would have dressed this up with some new stars that I picked up.

Ocean is a turquoise blue jelly holo (scattered) has NO glitter and transforms with the change of light.
Ocean was created with Kelly from Kelly’s Kolors. Her inspiration was her love of the ocean and The Beatles.

I am a sucker for scattered holo effect. It’s my favorite type of holo because you can have it with vivid colors. I think it’s my favorite type of nail polish finish these days! In the picture, I’m holding my Nintendo 3DS in Aqua Blue. I’ve actually just started playing Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D.

I tried to capture the holographic shimmer.

butter LONDON Marbs
Opaque yellow-gold shimmer.
Named for Marbella on the Mediterranean, the ideal spot to work on your tan.

If you’re afraid of teal on your eyes, definitely try it on your tips or your toes. Pair it with gold, or black if you prefer.
