TF is my fave hands down!!! It’s my first and only neutral eye palette though but really how many neutrals does a girl need?? Lol. Actually I would like to try Naked 3 but if only someone is getting it heh. Can’t see myself spending that much for a palette again.
I think there’s at least 1 neutral palette to suit everyone’s tastes. I use the Naked Basics all the time.
I love the naked 3 palette and chocolate bar the most!! Would love to try some of the others!!
The Chocolate Bar keeps growing on me more and more!
It is a toss up between the Paula’s Choice and Naked Basics. Being a lady of a certain age…anything with shimmer or frost makes my eyelids less than lovely:) I wish a matte palette would come out that has neutrals other than shades of brown/beige *sigh*. Considering buying the new Tarte matte palette but being a limited edition makes me hesitant because if I love it…I cannot get it again.
Have you checked out Silk Naturals matte shades? She makes some nice ones
I just looked at the website. Lovely colors…I have not really tried loose eyeshadow really. I am wondering if I will need something to make it stick more than my normal eyelid primer? Special brushes as well?
Thank you for the recommendation.
Hi! I would use Too Faced Shadow Insurance eyeshadow primer and normal makeup brushes
This is sooo tough. I think my favorite is still theBalm Nude ‘Tude because of the variety of shades. But to be honest I use all my neutral palettes equally.
I have a great appreciation of the Naked Basics with my brights
I’m still in love with the Naked palette, I think I will forever be lol.
I know so many love it! I wish the colors suited me
I like the Naked2 palette.
I wish those colors suited me
My Naked Basics is most definitely my favorite and most used palette, neutral or otherwise! It makes a gorgeous, simple look with W.O.S. all over my lid, Venus in the inner corner and Naked 2 mixed with Faint along my upper and lower lash line. I’m still in major love with it, and will most certainly repurchase.
It’s so fabulous!
I have been on the hunt for a cruelty-free, natural dupe of the Naked Basics palette, but I’ve had zero luck. If I used pigments, I would have some options, but I want pressed shadows, thus, I’m giving in and going for the Naked Basics. I rarely wear eyeshadow, so I just want to create a nice retro eye / cut crease look.
Hi! Yeah I was going to say the Silk Naturals Naked Basics clone is cruelty free and vegan. http://host.silknaturals.com/creb/bare-necessities-matte-compare-naked-basics-p-1680.html
If only I liked using (and toting) pigments, I would be set. I know there are drugstore dupes, but I would prefer to support the cruelty-free brands if I have to forgo more natural ingredients.
Since I’m not sure what you mean by natural, I’m not sure if I can pin point another brand for you. Have you checked out Saucebox Cosmetics? Their Etude palette? I don’t know if they count as natural for you.
I’d like to avoid parabens, mineral oil, PEG, etc.
I so torn between the Paula’s Choice and UD Naked Basics palettes. The minimalist-seeking side of me is reaching towards the UD; however, the PC one will give me the chance to play with in-between neutral/brown colours, something I haven’t yet done.
My favorite neutral palettes include Lorac Pro and theBalm Nude Tude. I want to pick up the TooFaced Chocolate Bar palette and Saucebox Etude palette.
