I wanted to share a quick, simple look that I put together using mostly Cargo products. I used Cargo St. Tropez for the main eyeshadow in this look.
I was testing out the It Cosmetics gel liner, and unfortunately it doesn’t stand up to the humid Florida heat on me. It melted on me after about 2 hours, which was disappointing.
My eyeshadow, however, stayed in place. I like the texture and pigmentation of St. Tropez.
I’ve been using the Cargo Lash Activator Primer and Lash Activator Night duo that I purchased from Ulta. Apparently Cargo is being phased out of Ulta, which makes me sad, but thankfully they’re available at Nordstrom and Kohls. Hopefully I’ll see results in 4 weeks with these products.
What new beauty products have you tried recently?

It’s not really new, but something about the Hourglass lipstain I got feels a bit newfangled to me! A couple years ago when I bought the Dermalogica tinted moisturizer and found it too sheer for me, but as I’ve focused more on skincare I’ve found that it’s finally a useful product for me. Glad to finally get to make use of that $35 or whatever I spent on that.
The Hourglass lip products are nice!
Is the cargo shade St. Tropez very sparkly. It doesn’t look like it on you , but I wanted to make sure before I buy. very pretty shade.
It’s shimmery but I don’t think it’s too sparkly
My everyday look is a lot like this. I usually do smudgy black, brown or purple liner, go along the bottom line with a shimmery goldish color and then creamy highlighter on my lids with a dusting of the same shimmery powder. Always smudgy for me, because I could never pull off hard lines! I’m totally wearing pink lipstick right now too! So samey!
Sounds like a good everyday look
Also, to answer your above question, 100% Pure Blood Orange body scrub is really making me enjoy my showers lately! It’s natural and cruelty free too! And their volumizing shampoo/conditioner. Just awesome.
It sounds awesome
Ok…you’re pale like I am and for the life of me I can NEVER get ANY inner corner highlight to show up!! How do you do it?! Looks so pretty with a simple look like this.
I used a white with iridescent blue reflect. Basically I usually need a white with some sort of iridescent effect to show up.
Very pretty shade.
