You know I love sulfate free hair products. Today I’ve got the Beecology Shampoo and Conditioner set to show you.
Beecology was formed because David Rzepka agreed to do a friend a favor and let him put a beehive on his family farm. Because life happens, he ended up taking care of the bees for his friend. The people behind Beecology want to make products that are good for people that limit the use of chemicals. Instead, they prefer to use products like honey, beeswax and other good for us natural ingredients.

As a reminder my hair is fine, bordering on thin, and stick straight. I do color it, so that helps to give it some body, and I love to fake volume with hair powder.
They have a light smell that I can’t really pin down, sort of fresh. It’s nice and doesn’t compete with my other scents like from my shower gel.
The shampoo had pretty good lather for a sulfate free shampoo. Now, keep in mind, I always use sulfate free shampoo, so I’m used to having less lather (and adding more water) when I wash my hair. I felt like this stuff lathered up easily. Additionally, it was pretty easy on my color, I only had a slight blue tinge to the soap.
The big thing that I noticed after using these products is that I feel like they added more shine to my hair. They give you moisture without weighing the hair down, which is what I want. I like how my hair felt after using them. It felt very soft.
If you’re looking for a natural shampoo and conditioner that are sulfate free, filled with healthy moisturizing ingredients like honey, cupuacu butter and hemp seed oil, you may want to check out Beecology.
Have you heard of Beecology? Do you use sulfate free shampoos and conditioners like I do?
It s the first time I hear about it!
Thank you for sharing!
You’re welcome Jens
I need to try this with my frizzy, curly hair!
If your hair is frizzy, I would recommend trying a deep conditioning mask. That can help
I’m always a bit disappointed with my sulfate-free shampoos, but I’d love to try this one – you make it sound great
